After the conclusion of the Great War and the Battle of King's Landing and following the assassination of Queen Daenerys
Here's everything you need to know about Jon and Daenerys' relationship. One of the great revelations in season seven was that Jon Snow is actually the son of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen. This means that Daenerys is Jon's aunt - since Rhaegar is the older brother of Viserys and Daenerys.
Rhaenyra is Daenerys' great-great-great-great-great-great-great grandmother (yes, that's seven “greats”). That means she's Jon Snow's (aka Aegon Targaryen's) eight-times great-grandmother since he's one generation after Aunt Dany, despite the two being the same age.
Howland Reed, who was not shown on screen, is said to have received Jon's twin sister. And the result was Meera Reed, the same Meera who helped Bran on the other side of the Wall.
Even though Jon grew up with Ned and Catelyn's children thought to be his half-brothers and sisters, Jon's true siblings were Aegon and Rhaenys, who died before he was born.
In A Game of Thrones, Jon Snow is introduced as the 14-year-old illegitimate son of Eddard "Ned" Stark, Lord of Winterfell, and half-brother to Robb, Sansa, Arya, Bran and Rickon. Jon is described as having strong Stark features with a lean build, long face, dark brown hair, and dark grey eyes.

until she realizes, with terror, that she has fallen in love with Jon, who is not only her half-brother but a man of the Night's Watch, sworn to celibacy. Their passion will continue to torment Jon and Arya throughout the trilogy, until the secret of Jon's true parentage is finally revealed in the last book.
Upon making it back to Winterfell, Meera decided she needed to get back to her family at Greywater Watch, the location of House Reed. Even though Meera sacrificed everything to protect Bran, all he gave her was a brief "thank you." Meera left the castle and was never seen or heard from again.
Lady Rhaena Targaryen, also known as Rhaena of Pentos and Rhaena Corbray, was one of the twin daughters of Prince Daemon Targaryen and Lady Laena Velaryon; Baela Targaryen was her older twin. Rhaena was the niece of King Viserys I Targaryen and the cousin of King Aegon II Targaryen.
Although House Stark remained uninterested in royal politics and aloof from court affairs, they maintained their support for Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen and established a Pact of Ice and Fire with Jace, where they would unite their houses with the sons of Cregan and Jacaerys.
King Aerys II Targaryen ("The Mad King")
The final undisputed monarch of the Seven Kingdoms from House Targaryen, King Aerys II Targaryen is widely known as the "Mad King" who was usurped by King Robert I Baratheon. Aerys II is a direct descendant of King Viserys I Targaryen through his daughter Rhaenyra.
The Targaryen family tree gets a bit complicated due to the incestuous practice of marrying sister and brother, but Rhaenyra is something like Daenerys' great, great, great, great, great, great, great grandmother. Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) is the Mad King's daughter with his sister-wife Rhaella.
Technically, Rhaenyra is Daenerys's sixth great grandmother and Jon's seventh great grandmother. That also makes Daenerys and Jon the direct descendants of Daemon, Rhaenyra's uncle/second husband.
“Game of Thrones” fans know that the Targaryens have a long tradition of marrying within the family. Aegon the Conqueror, the first king to sit on the Iron Throne and rule over the Seven Kingdoms, was married to both of his sisters who helped him in his conquest — Queens Visenya and Rhaenys.
Bran is most certainly not immortal. He has greensight and the ability to warg, but he still needs to eat and drink. Otherwise, like everyone else, he dies. The only reason bloodraven survived as long as he did was due to the tree that grew around him.
Upon the Night King's death, the "Three-Eyed Raven" ceased to exist and Bran regained his old personality. Bran later went on to reconcile with and marry Meera Reed, siring two sons and three daughters. As Sansa never remarried or had children, Winterfell eventually passed on through Bran and Meera's line.
Bran dreams of becoming a knight since childhood, but is rendered paraplegic by Jaime Lannister in the first novel after stumbling upon the latter's affair with twin sister Cersei Lannister.
Yoren cuts Arya Stark's hair to a stubble with his dagger so she can pass as an orphan boy called "Arry".
Basically, Arya ends up falling in love with Jon. The draft reads that Arya “realizes, with terror, that she has fallen in love with Jon, who is not only her half-brother but a man of the Night's Watch, sworn to celibacy.
As a farewell present, Jon gives Arya a sword that she names Needle, thus kicking off her whole Girl Assassin arc, and because Jon was one of the few people who ever understood Arya, their separation has been one of the most painful in all of Game of Thrones. And now finally they're back together!
Before marrying his wife Precious, Jon had actually never been wed before. But he was in a 35-year relationship with human rights lawyer Madeleine Colvin. The pair had two daughters together, Leila and Freya, met while working as volunteers at a Soho homeless centre.
