Easily matched in physical combat, Black Adam and Homelander would be at a stalemate until the Black Adam's ultimate attack in the lightning of Zeus reigns down from above, breaking any defense Homelander would have, his blistering heat vision included.
Superhuman Strength: Black Noir is strong enough to kill Homelander, needing just one punch to completely destroy his jaw. He is stronger than Homelander, who could hurl a fighter jet with one hand and kill Queen Maeve with just one punch.
So, if Black Adam is strong enough to potentially beat Superman in a fight, then it's safe to say that Homelander would stand almost no chance against him.
1. The Spectre (DC) The Spectre is not known only as the character that can surpass Black Adam in a fight. He is likewise known to be in the top 10 most powerful DC characters ever created.
1. Superman. Superman is the most powerful and iconic superhero to ever exist, and can truly be seen as one of the most powerful forces opposing Homelander. His exceptional strength and invulnerability, combined with his ability to fly, make him a formidable opponent.
In fact, Hulk is strong enough to literally punch through time, and considering Homelander's inexperience in fighting powerful opponents, it wouldn't take long for Hulk to smash him into oblivion.
Shazam is orders and magnitudes more powerful than Homelander. Strength, Speed, Durability all goes to Shazam. And Homelander doesn't have more experience than Shazam, Homelander has never fought anyone on his level, let alone Shazams level, whereas Shazam has fought Dr Sivanna.
Kryptonite has been portrayed as Superman's Achilles' heel, a weakness when he is nearly invulnerable. Similarly, Black Adam has a weakness to the mineral known as Eternium. A single missile made of Eternium proved to be enough to knock Black Adam unconscious for hours.
Black Adam reveals himself to Captain Marvel as the Batsons' killer, and the two battle. Captain Marvel emerges victorious by snatching Adam's scarab, and therefore his power, away from him.
Homelander's clone is able to kill him because they share the same powers. Here's where Ryan comes in: Homelander's son may not be his clone, but he's close enough. Ryan's powers likely rival that of his father's, which suggests he's the only one capable of finally doing away with the villain.
In short, Black Adam should be Shazam's equal, but some of his powers are beyond Billy Batson's abilities. Black Adam also has allies that help him overcome entire squads of superheroes. Then, Black Adam has a lot of combat experience, while Shazam is, in fact, a child.
Seeing as he would have lost against Thanos without the upgrade of his new weapons, it's clear who the victor would be in a confrontation between the Mad Titan and Adam. A battle between the god-tier Thanos and Black Adam would be insane, but in the end, Thanos would walk away victorious.
Though Captain America is one of the most beloved Marvel superheroes, his skills and abilities may not be enough to overtake the powerful Homelander. Though his vibranium shield may be able to hold off Homelander's heat vision, Homelander's other powers may give him the edge to easily overpower Cap. ...
Silent, stealthy, and enigmatic, Black Noir was The Seven's superpowered ninja. His super strength and heightened senses were matched only by his proficiency in the martial arts. Criminals ran in terror at the mere mention of his name.
Noir's animated animal pals get him to face his Soldier Boy fears by re-creating the event that made him so completely terrified of Soldier Boy in the first place, a day when Soldier Boy beat him up after he stood up to him, as well as the nearly fatal attack Soldier Boy made on Noir the day he led Payback in ...
So, Who Wins in the End? Taking all of these things into account, checking the numbers, ticking the boxes, and pure old gut instinct, it's obvious that the winner in a fight between Superman and Black Adam is... Superman.
In the Comics
Originally imagined as an ancient Egyptian pharaoh, Teth-Adam (Black Adam's original alter ego) was the first mortal being to be granted the powers of Shazam, long before the teenaged Billy Batson was chosen as the ancient wizard's champion.
Magical Vulnerability: Only significant magic can affect him. Lightning: Lightning attacks that cause damage and can cause Black Adam to revert back to Theo Adam. A former weakness of Teth-Adam is that he couldn't revert to normal because if he did, he would age all the years he didn't, meaning he would die.
Ultimately, pure strength and speed will win the fight of pantheons, with the gods-given power of Black Adam simply being too much for Thor. Black Adam has speed on the level of a Kryptonian or even the DCU's version of The Flash, which is simply too much for Asgard's former prince.
Black Adam hates Shazam because he has been replaced as the Wizard's champion by Shazam. Additionally, they have vastly different ideologies, with Shazam generally fighting for good and Black Adam utilizing his powers for revenge and sometimes even straight-up evil.
Similar to Captain Marvel, Thor is one of the more powerful Avengers and Marvel characters in general. Given that Thor has more experience fighting in both the cosmic universe and on Earth, Homelander has no chance against Thor.
In theory, Soldier Boy should be able to kill Homelander, assuming his power affects Homelander the same way it affected Kimiko. But there's no guarantee; Homelander could get wind of the attempt and kill everybody before they try something.
For all of Aquaman's strength and tactical skills, he just doesn't have what it takes to bring down Homelander. While Arthur Curry is far more powerful and competent than his Seven counterpart, the Deep, he just isn't strong enough to take on Homelander.
