Powers. Asgardian Physiology: As the eldest child of Odin, Hela had tremendous superhuman abilities and supernatural powers, far superior to those of almost every other Asgardian, including Thor at full power.
There are few people that Hela is not more powerful than. She was very easily able to defeat Thor (Chris Hemsworth), who left her to be destroyed by Surtur along with the entirety of Asgard because he couldn't defeat her himself.
However, as Odin's first born and most loyal and faithful servant, Hela was the original wielder of Mjolnir. Drawing enhanced strength and power from Asgard itself, at one point, Hela was the most powerful warrior in all Nine Realms, unmatched in every way.
Hela Is Simply More Powerful Than Mjolnir
But Hela made the hammer seem inferior, suggesting she might have stopped Mjolnir, held it, and then shattered it with her raw strength. If Hela were indeed that powerful, it's easy to see Mjolnir being subservient to her after all these years.
Thor realized he was not going to be able to defeat her, and in an interesting turn of events, he ended up restoring Surtur's power by having Loki drop the crown in the Eternal Flame. This unleashed Ragnarök, which was the only way to defeat Hela as Asgard was her power source.
7 Her Glaring Weakness
For Hela, it's her cloak. Without it, she can be reduced to her true form, that of a half-dead woman. One portion of her body remains alive and well, but the only half is no more than a rotting corpse, unable to move or do anything.
While most of the Asgardian forces battled Hela's soldiers, the mutants ventured to Odin's very bedchambers, saved Odin's life and foiled Hela's plans. Hela was defeated when the uru sword was destroyed.
Hela would win in a fight against Thanos. She is an incredibly powerful and skilled fighter. As the Goddess of Death, she has immense strength, durability, and regenerative abilities. She is also a master of weapons, particularly her lethal blades.
Odin says: Her violent appetites grew beyond my control. I couldn't stop her, so I imprisoned her. Locked her away.
Thanos would definitely wing against Hela. He is stronger, more intelligent, and has far deadlier artifacts at his disposal. It may be different in the MCU, but when it comes to comics, Thanos definitely proved himself to be a much larger threat to the Universe as a whole than Hela.
The trivial answer is that Odin cannot lose to Zeus because Zeus is not Fenrir and, according to Norse mythology, Odin has been prophesied to be swallowed by Fenrir in Ragnarok. Odin cannot die before then so Zeus cannot win.
Odin has pretty clearly been shown to be demonstrable more powerful than the other gods. Odin's Odinforce has far outstripped anything Zeus's magical lightning bolts have ever done.
Hercules' strength is rarely matched. There were times when he even overpowered the Incredible Hulk – a feat that not even Thor could complete. So, when it comes to physical strength, Hercules is the strongest. It was shown multiple times throughout comics.
Stormbreaker can summon the bifrost and Hela is stronger in Asgard. Thor can teleport her and himself and open her chest killing her, or cut off her limbs ir head. Plus, Stormbreaker is stronger than Mjolnir.
Hela stomps even worthy Captain America. her swords can cut through uru armor, seen when she kills Skurge. She also managed to defeat the asgardian army. Hela would win 10/10 against Worthy Captain America.
Vidar. Yet another one of Odin's sons turns out to be an extremely powerful god. It is believed that Vidar was the strongest among all men or gods, except for Thor.
Modi Thorson was the son of Thor and the goddess of Death, Hela from the Ultimates timeline. The story of his conception and birth begins with the aftermath of an event called Ultimatum, which is also considered to be one of the worst event comics ever.
Over time, though, he missed Valkyrie so much that he went to Hela and asked if there was anything he could do to return to the living. Hela agreed to release him under two conditions. The first was that she wanted an heir, so the two had sex and Thor impregnated her.
Hela Built Asgard With None of the Reward
But instead of appreciating her work ethic and ability to lead, Odin feared her. So he punished Hela – imprisoning her for the crimes of being ambitious and powerful – two traits that literally define Loki and Thor, respectively.
Galactus would win in a fight against Odin.
Not in any way. Strange would hold his own a bit, but Hela would eventually defeat him like she did everyone else. Think of it this way, if they can't defeat Odin, they can't defeat Hela, and Strange is miles apart from Odin's power.
This leaves room for Hela to draw her power from the Soul Stone, rather than it being a superhuman power she has as the Queen of Asgard's underworld. Her right to rule Hel may be because of her possession of an Infinity Stone, and there's precedent for such drastic changes.
Of course, the Goddess of Death could bring the dead to life. This is Hela's most significant power – she could summon any creature from the depths of hell.
Hela, the Asgardian Goddess of Death, rules two of the nine realms: Hel, land of the dead, and Niffleheim, land of eternal ice. With a simple touch, she can cause gods to perish, but Hela's purpose is to receive Asgardian souls, as well as their followers.
