As an Omega-level mutant, Jean is exceptionally powerful. Her telekinetic abilities could overwhelm even the emotionally controlled Raven in a fight. The term 'Omega-level' was first introduced in 1986's Uncanny X-Men #208 before being further explored in 2001's X-Men Forever.

In "Betrothed", she seemed to be physically stronger and more powerful than Starfire as Blackfire was able to lift a large pillar, which only came as a result of the Jewel of Charta. After Starfire destroyed the gem, her superhuman abilities were reduced to their normal power-levels.

The daughter of the cosmic demon, Trigon, Raven inherited his power, making her an extremely powerful demon in her own right and is granted both immense magical and psychic powers. In her earlier appearance, her powers are said to be strong enough to destroy a universe if left unchecked.
Raven's powers are greater than those of the Scarlet Witch, but she cannot compete with them. And one more thing is that Raven despite all her powers has just peak human durability and it would just take superman getting close to Raven to defeat her actually. So yeah I do see superman defeating her too.
Raven's main weakness is letting go of her emotions, especially rage. Terra learned it from Beast Boy and took advantage of it in Aftershock - Part 1 to using it to finish her off. Even though her rage seems powerful, it could potentially corrupt her, leaving her very vulnerable to attacks with more power than her own.
Raven would win in a fight against Scarlet Witch because her extremely potent powers as an empath can abuse Wanda's greatest weakness, her own mind. Raven and Scarlet Witch are on more or less the same level of power, and both are capable of destruction on a near-cosmic level.
There is no clear answer when it comes to who is hotter, Raven or Starfire. Both girls are incredibly gorgeous and have their own unique appeal. Raven has a dark and mysterious look that many find attractive, while Starfire has a more innocent and natural beauty. In the end, it really comes down to personal preference.
Phoenix may be more experienced, but Raven had almost everything better. Trigon is much stronger then any of the other characters Jean defeated, and White Raven also had the ability to easily stop Jean's attacks.
The radiation is then converted to pure energy, allowing her to fly at supersonic speeds. Starfire is capable of using this power to fly in space and even go fast enough to cross several solar systems in minutes to seconds. This energy also gives her incredible superhuman strength and durability.
It would be a surprisingly close call if Captain America and Starfire fought, but chances are she would defeat the Captain. Steve Rogers might present the peak of human condition and power, but he's still only a human, and Starfire isn't.
Kryptonians may be better at applying the solar radiation, but Tamaraneans are simply better at drawing it in. If it came down to a fight between Starfire and Superman, chances are the former would absolutely win.
Some time into their friendship Raven unknowingly used her powers to make Robin fall in love with her, and she thought she loved him romantically as well, but Starfire helped Raven see that they do both love each other, just not as lovers.
However, Blackfire can only lift up to 66 tons. On the other hand, Superman lift at least 2,000,000,000 tons! This means that Superman's powers are far much stronger than Blackfire's. However, Starfire is strong enough to beat Superman so Blackfire might have a chance to win as well.
Starfire is the first Titan whose arch enemy is related to her, which is her older sister Blackfire.
The two ladies could battle through the sky, match punch for punch but Starfire's alien blasts, from her eyes to her hands, give her an unbelievable edge in battle.
Deathstroke: Slade Wilson is without question, the Titans most recurring adversary. He originally fought the New Teen Titans on behalf of the H.I.V.E. and later fought against them for his own agenda. Deathstroke also formed his own group called Titans East and fought the San Francisco Titans.
