There's little doubt that this is Wanda's greatest fear, as she's had to deal with it from the beginning of her time in the MCU. She couldn't deal with the prospect of being all alone when the events of Westview took place, projecting her fear into every person in the town.

After Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, even casual Marvel fans know Wanda Maximoff's biggest fear is losing her family. One of her darkest moments in the comics stemmed from the trauma of losing her kids. After this, she created Earth-58163, which led to House of M, and the near-extinction of mutantkind.
In 2015, it was revealed in Uncanny Avengers (Vol. 2) #4 that she and Pietro are not mutants but humans who received superhuman genetics due to the experiments of the High Evolutionary. In Wanda's case, the High Evolutionary's genetic tampering made her more powerful in magic than she would have been otherwise.
MCU Phase 4 finally gave Wanda Maximoff her due, kicking off the Multiverse Saga with WandaVision. Her story progressed in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, where she was deemed dead at the end of the film, but it has always been an accepted fact that it's only a matter of time before she re-emerges.
This revelation sheds light on how Wanda uses her powers, and she needs her sense of sight to control her hexes. If there's one superhero who can totally beat her, it would be Spider-Man. Remember when the Webslinger covered his foe's entire face with his web? That is one of his signature moves!
Scarlet Witch's most important aspect in this fight is that she has the ability to defeat Superman. He is not impervious to magic, so her hits will damage him.
Thor, the god of Thunder, was undoubtedly the most powerful member of the original Avengers. His power continues to grow in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
While Odin is the god with the power originally. Odin knows magic just as well as Wanda does, shown through his enchantments, and some of his feats. Odin wins, unless he falls into the odinsleep.
However, things could go the other way around too, with the red superhero throwing Scarlet Witch off her game with his words and getting the best of her. That being said, the latter's powers are beyond the merc's control, so it's safe to say Wanda will take down Deadpool with The Darkhold.
At the end of the film, Strange is isolated in another destroyed universe, unable to defeat Wanda if he could even reach her.
In the comics, Wanda and Vision get pregnant through magic — since Vision is a robot, that's seemingly their only option. They have twins named Thomas and William. However, it's eventually revealed that Tommy and Billy were actually created using fragments of the soul of a demon lord named Mephisto.

Wanda was neither an evil being nor was she the real antagonist. Wanda was only a villain because the Darkhold corrupted her. Compared to the threat of a Sinister Strange in the making, the Scarlet Witch was only grieving on her terms.
