The She-Hulk Finale Introduces Skaar—The Hulk's Otherworldly Son From Sakaar.
Skaar is the son of the Hulk and Caiera the Oldstrong. After Caiera's death, a cocoon containing Skaar fell into the lake of fire. After a period of time, Skaar emerged from the cocoon, appearing to be the age of a human boy.
General Ross was the brutal Red Hulk, while Betty was resurrected as the Red She-Hulk. Bruce and Betty never had any children, but the Hulk had two sons by his second wife, Caiera.
As the two vowed to bring peace and stability to Sakaar, Caiera revealed she was pregnant with Hulk's child.

Skaar's Superhuman Powers
He's inherited his father's gamma-powered strength and healing. Though, unlike Hulk, Skaar doesn't get stronger as he grows angrier. Skaar also shares his mother's ability to tap into the Old Power, which allows him to draw energy from a planet's tectonic plates and even control volcanos.
THE CHILDREN OF THE HULK
Bruce Banner has had three children since he was transformed into the Hulk. His daughter, Lyra, is the second She-Hulk, and she comes from an alternate future. Her mother, Thundra, came to the past and obtained a DNA sample from Hulk which was used to create Lyra.

It is eventually revealed that Hulk's unborn son was able to survive his mother's death and took the name, Skaar. This version of the Hulk could, and likely would beat the Mad Titan.
Why Skaar Is the Strongest Hulk. Skaar rivals his father in strength, but his unique set of abilities gives him an edge that could quite possibly make him the strongest Hulk. The Old Power grants him not only a power boost, but a variety of effects he can create to shape a battle in his favor.
Skaar was reported to have the potential to be stronger than the Hulk because of his mixed heritage, but at the strongest times Skaar ever reached, Hulk effortlessly defeated him.
