There are 52 cards in the pack, and the ranking of the individual cards, from high to low, is ace, king, queen, jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. There is no ranking between the suits - so for example the king of hearts and the king of spades are equal.
While the two fought, Jack's underlings kept Inuarashi exhausted while he tried to fight the All-Star, until the Gifters began turning on the other members of the crew thanks to Tama, confusing Jack. Jack is defeated by Inuarashi.
King's eventual defeat by Zoro made him recall his aforesaid promise to Kaidou as he fell unconscious, that he would never lose in battle until Kaidou has become Pirate King.
Katakuri can do anything Jack can do, but the same cannot be said otherwise. Jack is really limited in his offensive approach. All he can do is swing a sword and tackle somebody. There is a reason why Katakuri is the most powerful Sweet Commander.
Thus, even if Katakuri managed to understand King's powers and landed some blows on him, he wouldn't be able to hit him hard enough to put him down. On the other hand, King's Lunarian powers would be the key to winning the complex battle.
1 Weaker: Katakuri
He is also a user of all the Haki types, however, his skill with Observation Haki is so incredible that he can successfully see the future using it. Despite everything he's attained, however, Katakuri is no match for Monkey D. Dragon.
1 Luffy Vs.
The fight is, undoubtedly, the most difficult one that Luffy has fought so far. Kaido managed to defeat Luffy three times. For the first time, Luffy faced defeat against him Kuri and was thrown in prison. There, he learned Internal Destruction Ryuo and took Kaido on during the Onigashima Raid.
Katakuri would be a very difficult opponent for Zoro. The former can use his Future Sight abilities in conjunction with his Logia Devil Fruit. However, very simple math can rule this match in Zoro's favor. He simply has better physical stats right now, based on power scaling from recent events.
1) Jack vs the Minks (Wano Country)
During the Onigashima Raid, Jack was swiftly defeated by Inuarashi and Nekomamushi in their Sulong forms. The All-Star didn't look nearly as strong as his counterparts, King and Queen. Instead, he was taken out rather easily, which took away his original hype.
Haki. Jack possesses the ability to use Kenbunshoku and Busoshoku Haki.
Although Jack is durable, Zoro now has improved Haki and the power to cut through most objects with Enma. The sword had made him considerably stronger and in a fight against Jack, Zoro would definitely triumph with Enma in his possession.

Current Luffy would stomp Katakuri. His haki outside of maybe future sight is far superior to Katakuri. Plus his gear 5th awakening would negate most of Katakuri attacks.
Although he did fight Kaido and even managed to earn his praise, which is quite impressive, it was pretty clear that Zoro wasn't anywhere close to him in terms of either power or skill. That in itself is a big reason why Zoro would never have killed Kaido. For now, Zoro is levels below his Captain, Monkey D.
Conis and the rest of Skypiea witnessed Luffy completely destabilize Enel's attack. She then witnessed Luffy finally defeat Enel by punching the god straight into the golden bell.

Until Sanji gains full mastery of his newfound power, he won't be able to clash on par with Katakuri, let alone beat him. The latter was able to keep up with Luffy's Gear 4 Snakeman form, even outspeeding him on some issues. Katakuri can also make use of his Devil Fruit Awakening to ensure his supremacy.
However, physical blows without Haki don't work on him due to his rubber body, and the only slashing-style ninjutsu Sakura is shown to know is a scalpel-like blade. With that being her only weapon to hurt Luffy with, it's likely she will lose this fight in embarrassing fashion.
