There are rumors that Koby is going to fight against Boa Hancock, but it is very obvious that he's not ready for such a challenge. Smoker is above Koby in every aspect.
Due to his harsh training regime under Garp as well as further training after two years, Koby possesses immense physical strength and speed. He has shown himself to be an excellent swimmer. He can move incredibly fast even when underwater, as he caught up to a torpedo within seconds.
Coby (コビー, Kobī) is a Navy officer who trained together with Helmeppo under Vice Admiral Garp's supervision. He was formerly a cabin boy for the Alvida Pirates until he was liberated by Luffy, and was one of the first people Luffy befriended on his travels. During the timeskip, he is promoted to the ranks of Captain.
He eventually joined the Marines in the hopes of becoming a strong soldier, and went to train under Garp and rise to the rank of Captain. He has a long way to go before he can fight against the likes of Luffy, Law, or any of the others. With his current progress, he will never surpass Garp.
At the end of the arc, Smoker confronted Doflamingo, who easily beat him and was about to kill him, had it not been for former Admiral Aokiji suddenly appearing and making him give up his intent. Smoker's credibility among One Piece fans was eroded by one loss after another.
Smoker is Zoro's elder brother.
With his current mastery over his powers, the only reliable way to injure Smoker is through the use of Haki, as Hancock did during their short battle, or through the standard Cursed Fruit weaknesses.
Coby has a high level of control over his Kenbunshoku Haki. He first awakened this ability during the Summit War. With the help of Kenbunshoku Haki, Coby was able to hear the voices of the people around him fading away, which implied that people were dying.
Thanks to his training under Garp, Koby seems to have mastered all the Six Powers, which makes him quite a formidable enemy for any pirate right now.
So far, the crew has been responsible for the deaths of Whitebeard, Ace, and Absalom, which shows that they wouldn't hesitate to kill Koby for their needs. However, one thing to keep in mind is that the crew only hunts devil fruit users, and Koby does not possess one. So, why did Blackbeard kidnap him?
Since being defeated by Luffy, Rob Lucci joined the CP-0 and improved his fighting skills. For the time being, Lucci holds the edge over Koby, but it might not last for long.
Without some pretty hefty backup, Coby doesn't stand a chance against someone of Boa's training and power.
In all likelihood, Zoro is already at commander level; whilst Coby is only a rear admiral. He is a few years too early to stand on the same battlefield as Zoro.
10/10 Can Defeat: Coby
Coby is one of the most talented characters in the series. Just two years prior, he was merely a kid with below-average strength. Now, however, he is a marine rear-admiral and a pretty strong one as that. He's strong, but not strong enough to be Luffy's match.
7/10 Won't Unlock: Coby
However, Coby works under evil officials and does the bidding of the celestial dragons to a certain extent, just like all other Marines. It's no wonder that the Marines don't usually have conqueror's haki, and just like everyone else, it is highly unlikely for Coby to awaken conqueror's haki.
CKz.. correct, so obviously zoro cant do skywalk like sanji. I still think Zoro needed a boost for his attack against Pica. Zoro was using his feet to walk in the air but not Skywalk.
When using Gear 4, Monkey D. Luffy is capable of jumping off the air, akin to Geppo, by utilizing the extreme compression of his rubbery body.
Koby is a user of both Busoshoku and Kenbunshoku Haki, with his expertise in the latter being greater. Koby's Kenbunshoku Haki awakened during the Paramount War, and it allowed him to sense every life that was being extinguished. After the time-skip, it is very likely that Koby has refined his Haki even further.
He was first introduced as a captain in Loguetown, where he made it his mission to capture Luffy, and was later promoted to the rank of commodore, due to the events in Arabasta. At some point during the timeskip, he was promoted to the rank of vice admiral.
It was Marshall D.
For reference, manga readers can look up Chapter 434, while anime viewers can watch Episode 316. It turns out that Shanks got his scar from Whitebeard's former crewmate, Marshall D. Teach. Back in the day, his main weapon of choice was a claw.
The main offensive capabilities of the fruit stem from its user's ability to change the density of the smoke produced at will. This allows Smoker to surround his targets with his intangible smoke and then solidify it to grasp them. This power has granted Smoker his epithet The White Hunter.
The first time we saw a devil fruit was in the fourth anime episode (the first manga chapter) of One Piece. It was Luffy's Gomu Gomu no Mi devil fruit.
Logia. The rarest and most powerful of the three Devil Fruit types, Logia-type Devil Fruits allow their users to create, control, and transform their body into a natural element, such as smoke, sand, fire, lightning, ice, light, magma, mud, snow, plants and even darkness.
