There's been one monster who stood up as the great rival of Demogorgon and that's Orcus, the Demon Prince of the Undead. Despite the flabby gut, Orcus was physically stronger than Demogorgon and also came with a bunch of high-level magic powers like other demon lords.
While all player parties with all sorts of characters can defeat Demogorgon in combat by making a little (extra) effort, the strongest class that can defeat Demogorgon has to be Wild Mage.
Mechanically, Orcus deals more damage than Demogorgon, and has the ability to summon a TON of undead during their fight.
Demogorgon is a demon lord character in the Dungeons and Dragons game and is one of the most powerful demons that has existed in the game (so far). He is also known as the Master of the Spiraling Depths or the Prince of Demons.
While both are powerful beings from the Upside Down capable of taking over Stranger Things' lesser monsters like Demogorgons, Demodogs, and Demobats, the heightened intelligence and personal motivation Vecna possesses likely make him more dangerous.
Stranger Things season 4 already showed audiences how Eleven can defeat Vecna in the Netflix series' final season. When season 4 ended, the town of Hawkins was left reeling from an earthquake-like fracture between reality and the Upside Down caused by Vecna.
In episode 7, Vecna is revealed to be Henry Creel (played as a youngster by Raphael Luce), the son of Victor Creel (Robert Englund) and his wife Virginia (Tyner Rushing) shown in the 1950s flashbacks.
The Demogorgon monster was created by Spectral Motion, a creature effects company from Los Angeles that has previously collaborated with Guillermo del Toro. They just had a little over two months to finish the creature, so there wasn't much room for error.
Barb was the best friend of Nancy Wheeler. In late 1983, Barb mysteriously vanishes, which leads Nancy and Jonathan Byers to investigate her disappearance. Eventually, it was revealed that she had been killed by the Demogorgon.
It is incredibly tough, able to withstand massive amounts of bullets. Even so, it is not invincible, as fire greatly wounded it. The only episode in the first season that the Demogorgon is absent for is the sixth episode, "The Bathtub".
The Demogorgon

By the big finale, however, he stood shoulder-to-shoulder with her to fight off the Demogorgon with a baseball bat. This brings us to Season 2, in which Steve goes through a reset of sorts. As a popular senior in high school with a girlfriend, he should be feeling pretty good about himself.
The Demogorgon of Dungeons & Dragons is particularly susceptible to fire. However, the actual Demogorgon in Stranger Things seems to not only survive fire but can also resist bullets. Furthermore, the creature has the ability to heal itself when hurt or wounded.
Eleven makes psychic contact with the Demogorgon, and in her terror, she accidentally rips open a hole in the fabric of reality. A gate forms in the depths of Hawkins Lab that connects our world to the Upside Down, which allows the Demogorgon to travel through.
Season 4 has been said to be the most scary, and the Duffer Brothers even listed “Nightmare on Elm Street” and “Hellraiser” as inspirations for the most recent season in contrast to the slightly more innocent “E.T.,” “Goonies” etc. for the earlier seasons, in which the kids were still actually kids.

Demogorgon doesn't have a gender but is rather an amorphous spirit in Shelley's famous book. According to Mike Mearls, the creative director of Dungeons and Dragons, the Demogorgon didn't have much personality when it first became a part of the game.
Next up, the viewers go on to theorise that One/Vecna is actually Eleven's dad. Yep, told you it was wild. The theory claims that Brenner wanted to create a child with stronger powers, so he waited until One was old enough to become a father.
At his empire's height, Vecna was betrayed and destroyed by his most trusted lieutenant, a vampire called Kas the Bloody-Handed, using a magical sword that Vecna himself had crafted for him, now known as the Sword of Kas.
Ultimately, it is revealed in Stranger Things season 4's finale that the reason why Vecna was killing Hawkins teenagers was to create a massive gate that merges the Right Side Up with the Upside Down - and he specifically needed four bodies to do so.
