1. Gyomei Himejima – The Stone Hashira.
2) Sanemi Shinazugawa
His fast movement, combined with his excellent swordsmanship, makes him a remarkable demon slayer. Most of his attacks are purely offensive due to his breathing style. Being a user of wind breathing, he is undoubtedly fast.
2) Sanemi Shinazugawa
He dedicated all his time and effort towards perfecting his skills as a swordsman which was shown during the fight against both Muzan and Kokushibo.
1) Shinobu Kocho
The Insect Pillar of Demon Slayer Corps, Shinobu is undeniably the smartest individual. She might not be physically stronger than others, but her intelligence is what kept her going.

Despite his large and muscular build, Tengen Uzui is the fastest runner among the Hashira.
Tanjiro decapitates Akaza with the Hinokami Kagura: Setting Sun Transformation. Akaza was bewildered, wondering how Tanjiro did not have any fighting spirit, comparing this feeling to fighting against a plant. He acknowledges that Tanjiro surpassed his speed.
Unfortunately, not all of these elite warriors make it out of the series alive, and none of them make it to the end in one piece. The manga for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba concluded some time ago, so the ultimate fate of each Hashira has already been established even as the anime soldiers on.
1) Inosuke Hashibira
Although Inosuke possesses immense strength and endurance, he's no match for Zenitsu's insane speed and his Thunder Breathing.
As a result, Tengen Uzui has to deal with the moniker of being the least powerful Hashira around. Of course, that's not the worst thing in the world, as all Hashira are strong. He's still incredibly powerful and can give any demon a run for their money.
14/15 She Has A Really Sweet Relationship With The Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji. In the manga, Nezuko gets to know the Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji and looks up to her like an older sister, which makes their relationship interesting since Nezuko usually sees female humans as either a surrogate mother or a young sister.
Demon Slayer's Tengen Uzui is considered to be one of the weakest Hashira due to almost losing this fight, but the fact is that Tengen only looks weak when compared to the most overpowered Hashira.
Despite his age, Muichiro is immensely skilled in swordsmanship, and his strength can overpower even the older Hashiras of the Demon Slayer Corps. He single-handedly defeated Upper Rank Five, Gyokko.
We first see Doma when he is still the Upper Moon Six while he is in the middle of eating a geisha. Later he becomes even stronger and rises to the position of Upper Moon Two. He dies because of the lethal amount of poison he absorbed through Shinobu Kocho's body followed by Kanao Tsuyuri beheading him.
However, Doma remained unfazed by the deaths of his own parents. When he was twenty years old, Doma met Muzan Kibutsuji, who granted him power and turned him into a demon.
Nezuko setting Tengen on fire. By the end of the battle, Gyutaro's poison has spread throughout Tengen's body resulting in his inability to speak. As he lays dying from the poison, Nezuko Kamado intervenes and uses her her Blood Demon Art to burn the poison out of his system, allowing him to rejoice with his wives.
i know, though, some believe he loves hina (21) the most, because he had the most interaction with her in the manga and they have the most “husband-and-wife” feel. we also have to remember that suma (19) was tengen's first chosen wife—they both personally agreed to letting hina and makio (20) into their relationship.
Sanemi's level of openness is ranked as 60%. Sanemi is the most feared Hashira among the Demon Slayer Corps.
But, when it comes to who was the better Hashira, Tengen wins by a considerable margin. His experiences as a shinobi and as a Demon Slayer far exceeded Rengoku's, and led to him developing far superior strength, battle tactics, and techniques.
As for the "first ever Hashira"...that is unknown. As for the "last ever Hashira"...that would be Shinazugawa-san as well as Tomioka-san.
