Hikage Shinomori The fourth user of One For All. His original Quirk was Danger Sense, allowing the user to sense danger at the expense of causing them pain. Hikage inherited One For All at the age of 22.
The fourth user of the Quirk, Hikage Shinomori might not have been the strongest user of this power but he was definitely one of the most important. Hikage had a Quirk known as Danger Sense which allowed him to react to dangerous situations.
The rate at which the person's life decays is unknown, but Hikage, the fourth user, received One For All at the age of twenty-two and died of "old age" eighteen years later, at the age of forty.
Blackwhip was originally the Quirk of the sixth user of One For All, Daigoro Banjo, and currently, it allows Izuku to produce tendrils of energy from his body that can be used to grapple onto things and even for long-ranged combat.
Fa Jin originally belonged to the as-yet-unnamed third user of One For All. As the first offensive Quirk Deku inherited, Fa Jin gave him his most dramatic power boost since he perfected Full Cowling. This Quirk allows Deku to charge up and store kinetic energy inside his body when he performs repetitive movements.
Daigoro Banjo/Lariat
The fifth user of One For All, Daigoro Banjo (hero name Lariat) is described to be "rather funky". He inherited One For All from Hikage Shinomori. All For One killed Daigoro when he was unable to steal the Quirk, but Daigoro managed to pass the Quirk to his junior colleague, En.
Seventh User: Nana Shimura
Nana is the only female Holder of One for All and the only Holder to have a family, which she had to leave in order to protect it. Nana met and trained Toshinori Yagi when he was in high school, later passing One for All onto him.

According to Deku's mother, the inherited quirk Deku should've naturally received would've either been his father's quirk, breathing fire, or her own ability to levitate small objects.
After observing how the quirk reacted to the bodies of the users, all the previous wielders concluded that One For All could not be held by a user who already had a quirk. Thus, Deku is the last successor to the quirk, making him their last hope to take All For One down.

One For All offers immense durability, and a variety of other useful abilities, but none of them are as overpowered as Overhaul. With this Quirk, all Kai has to do is touch the current wielder, and their body will be blown apart instantly, and One For All will be destroyed as well.
During their fight against Nine, Midoriya transferred his powers to Bakugo by giving him a drop of his blood when they shook hands. This gave both students the power of the OFA Quirk, which they used to defeat Nine. However, after the end of their fight, the OFA Quirk returned to Midoriya.
