Philip Watson was verbally abusive to his wife, Madeline Watson, and his daughter, Mary Jane Watson. Philip eventually abandoned them. When Mary Jane was a young adult, she met a man named Baron Mordo who promised to reunite her with her father. However, Mordo lied.

Despite his strong feelings for her, Peter initially declines a relationship with her in order to keep her safe, but they eventually become a couple in the end.
But in Dark Origin, Venom is much more physical with Mary Jane. The symbiote grabs her and drags her around with its tendrils; Eddie gets right in her face and nearly licks her; on the page after this they toss her into a wall.

MJ lived by Peter and she was looking the night that Uncle Ben died and saw Peter Parker run into his house and then Spider-Man swung out. From that moment on, Mary Jane knew that Peter was Spider-Man. There were times she denied knowing and hid it even from herself.
Spider-Man was eventually able to return to the dimension to retrieve Mary Jane, where he was shocked to find that she had become a mother. After returning to New York, Mary Jane told Peter she was not leaving Paul.

Dylan Brock is the son of Eddie Brock and Anne Weying. When Anne bonded to the Venom symbiote, she somehow became pregnant with Dylan.
Originating as an offspring of Venom, Carnage is much more powerful than its parent symbiote because of the symbiotes' biology, and is in many ways a darker version of him.
While in prison, Venom produces an offspring named Carnage. (He reproduces asexually, in case you were wondering.) Venom doesn't tell Eddie about it, and Venom and Eddie escape prison. Once they're gone, Carnage bonds with Cletus.
In the reality seen in the "House of M" storyline, in which the Scarlet Witch alters reality to make mutants the ruling class over humans, Gwen was never killed. Instead, she married Peter Parker, and the couple had a young son.
