Koro-sensei (殺せんせー, Koro-sensē) is the main protagonist and anti-hero of the series.
Koro-sensei takes one final roll call, as he reminisces his great experience as a teacher. Although Nagisa shakes with his knife in hand, Koro-sensei calms him down, allowing Nagisa to deal the killing blow to the heart as Koro-sensei's body turns into light and the students then mourn.
The God of Death, also known as The Reaper, is a major and the final antagonist in the Assassination Classroom series. He was a protégé of Korosensei. The title “God of Death” initially belonged to Koro-Sensei, however upon betraying him he stole his identity and name.
Aguri Yukimura is the deceased love interest of Koro-sensei in the anime and manga series Assassination Classroom. Aguri was the teacher of Class 3-E and the older sister of Akari Yukimura, better known as Kaede Kayano.
Later chapters would reveal that the Reaper was once a person who admired his master immensely and worked tirelessly to be recognized by his idol. His personality changed once he realized he was nothing more than a tool to him, and thus betrayed his master.
The government saw him as a secret that had to be silenced and nothing else. The ending itself presents the death of Koro-Sensei by the hand of his students, after they lost all their will to assassinate him. They put his life to an end the way he wanted, but they lost the best teacher they ever had.
Before dying, Korosensei conducts a final roll call, with Karma first to respond. After Nagisa finally kills him and Korosensei disappears in particles of light, everyone starts crying including Karma.
In response, Korosensei softly places a tentacle on his cheek and tells that he wants Nagisa to kill him with a smile on his face. After giving each other their final farewells, Korosensei is stabbed in the heart, and his body dissipated into numerous light particles.

After being used in experiments, Korosensei acquired the appearance of a yellow bipedal octopus. He is about three meters tall and possesses a large, bulbous head with a large smile and small, beady eyes.

Even with this motivation, Koro-Sensei is quite the target. Not only is he insanely fast and powerful, he genuinely cares for the students and wants them to succeed in life. The students have loved his teachings in assassination, school, and life lessons, making the task at hand all the more difficult.
In Assassination Classroom's final moments, fans learned that Korosensei could have been saved, but he ultimately chose to die at the hands of his precious students. Moreover, Korosensei didn't have any other option as the world leaders were after him.
Korosensei is a good character and I'm sad about his death, however he is serene in accepting his death, since now his students can face the world without him and he doesn't worry about anything anymore, hence Koronosensei's peace of mind for me it's contagious and I also see it in the poetic since ...
