Irina of Carim is an NPC in Dark Souls 3. She can teach and sell Miracles to your character in a certain area of the game.
Her new location is in the left Tower outside Firelink Shrine (past the door behind Sword Master).
Light Path: Irina Becomes A Fire Keeper
If players forgo purchasing any dark miracles from Irina and instead purchase all of her regular miracles, Irina will become a Fire Keeper.
Irina of Carim is a character the player first comes across locked in a cell guarded by Eygon of Carim. She's a blind nun and the main Miracle merchant but there's a lot more to her than there seems.
Lore. Irina was a nun in her homeland, Carim. She came to Lothric with the aim of becoming a fire keeper. However, at the poor state the Champion of Ash encountered her when freeing her from her prison, she had no other option than to accept that she was unfit to tend the flames.
Edgar is an NPC in Elden Ring. Edgar is Irina's father and introduces himself as the warden of Castle Morne. He can be found sitting on a bench in a non-hostile area of the ramparts of the castle.
Just like a majority of Elden Ring's quests (and by extension, almost all quest lines in Soulsborne games), this story doesn't have a happy ending. Irina will be killed by the Leonine Misbegotten as soon as you give Edgar the letter, and avenging her death by killing the Leonine Misbegotten will not satisfy Edgar.
Irina is an NPC in Elden Ring.
Head back to Irina by the bridge for a third and final time and you'll find Edgar mourning over her body. Talk to him and exhaust his dialogue. Edgar reappears as a hostile NPC invader called Edgar the Revenger, found at the Revenger's Shack, North of the Minor Erdtree in Southwest Liurnia.
Although Elden Ring's Irina is much less significant than the one in Dark Souls III, the similarity is clear. Another subtle tie indicates that the resemblance is intentional: in Dark Souls III, Irina's protector wears the Morne armor set, the same name as Irina's home in Elden Ring.
Irina will join Rias, Xenovia, Issei, and Akeno.
Starting the next playthrough after defeating Soul of Cinder or using the NG+ Giant Tree will reset the relationship status. The Fire Keeper is the only character with a special event from her 'Seduce' menu option after proposing to her.
You can increase Irina's inventory by giving her the Braille Divine Tome of Carim and Lothric Holy Divine Tomb. If you buy all these "good" miracles from Irina, it will push her down the path to becoming a Firekeeper towards the end of the game.
Maneater Mildred Information
Maneater Mildred wears a Sack on her head, and nothing else. She wields a Butcher Knife and a Wooden Plank Shield. She can be defeated quite easily by dodging or blocking her attacks and then counter-attacking.
Location. Found concealed as a statue in one of the corners of the Church of Yorshka, only if the player is following Anri's/Yuria's questline. Awaits at the entrance of the Darkmoon Tomb if following Anri's/Yuria's questline and yields the player the Sword of Avowal to consummate the ritual.
Holy Knight Hodrick
As this holy knight (of sorts) is encountered in the early area of the Undead Settlement, Hodrick may be the first NPC invader that the player encounters.
To progress the Elden Ring's Irina's Letter quest, you need to give him the letter. After you deliver Irina's Letter, Edgar informs you that he cannot leave yet, because he must protect the treasured sword of Morne.
After defeating the boss, you will receive the legendary weapon, the Grafted Blade Greatsword.
Malenia, Blade of Miquella and Malenia, Goddess of Rot is two-phase a Demigod Boss in Elden Ring.
Melina's dialogue heavily implies that Marika is her mother because she says that she was born at the foot of the Erdtree and that her mother is within it. If that isn't enough confirmation, the game files for her dialogue label her as the daughter of Marika.
Although Elden Ring does take inspiration from the infamously difficult Dark Souls series, it takes place in a completely different universe and features a plethora of features foreign to FromSoftware's classic franchise. That's not to say the games are more different than similar, though.
NOTE: Irina's death may only be prevented by refusing to complete her quest. If you miss any of the steps listed above, Edgar will never go to her, and she will remain alive.
Irina was killed by Caius to enrage her sisters, after giving false information to the Volturi about Renesmee Cullen.
There's a way to do this after Melina sacrifices herself, but those who pursue the Three Fingers so Melina does not die will betray her trust. She will beg players not to seek out the Frenzied Flame, and she'll leave their side if they do.
