Bavmorda (formally styled as Her Majesty Bavmorda, Sovereign of Nockmaar, Sorceress Magnific, Primal Priestess of Cults and Covens) is the main antagonist of Willow. She was a female Daikini, Willow's archenemy and a sorceress.

Elora Danan is a fictional character from the 1988 fantasy film Willow, and in the 2022 sequel TV series, Willow. She is a Daikini, one of the average-sized races of people in the film (as opposed to the dwarf-sized Nelwyns). She is played by several different infants in the film, and by Ellie Bamber in the TV series.

In the 1988 film Willow, Elora Danan was a Daikini child who was prophesied to bring about the downfall of the powerful and evil Queen Bavmorda. She was to be distinguished by a specific mark on her arm, so Bavmorda seized all the pregnant women in the land and, when Elora was born, intended to kill her.
Early in the season, Willow had a vision of the future that foretold of Elora's death should she face the Crone. But Elora survives her fight with the Crone in the final episode. Elora chooses to go up against the Crone despite knowing Willow's prophecy, but she makes it out.

1. Elora reaches her full potential. Elora's hair has been slowly becoming a mottled mix of blond and auburn, but in saving Kit from drowning she comes fully into her own as a sorcerer. The spell takes hold, Kit is spat back to dry land and the world of the living, and Elora's mane becomes a shock of fiery red.

During the journey, Willow teaches Elora the magical arts but she has trouble activating her powers. Elora is later kidnapped by soldiers sent to rescue her, but corrupted by evil forces, but not before using magic to create a sapling.
She grew up as Brünhilde, nicknamed Dove, and soon became a competent kitchen maid in the castle. A kitchen maid named Dove is actually Elora Danan, played by Ellie Bamber.

Her Recovery After Turning Evil
In her place was Dark Willow, who possessed no morals and only cared about one thing: revenge. Xander managed to stop her, but not before Willow tried to destroy the world. Afterward, Willow recovered from her turn to evil in England with Giles, who helped her to control her magic.
After a prophecy proclaimed that the evil Queen Bavmorda will be destroyed by a baby with a birthmark on their arm, the queen ordered the murder of all the kingdom's baby girls. As fate would have it, the infant Elora Danan is rescued and smuggled away by a courageous kitchen maid.
We then cut to Elora and Airk getting married with the Crone serving as the witness. The Crone tells Elora that with this action, including the sacred kiss to bind them together, she can help save everything. However, just before kissing Elora chooses not to marry Airk and that she's “not really into him” anymore.
Elora was a red-haired baby in the movie, but when an older Willow sees her in Sorsha's care, he's shocked to see she's blonde as a kid. The flashback has her telling him they rub fruits and other natural concoctions to ensure the color changes, all to protect her identity.
