Bizarro (/bɪˈzɑːroʊ/) is a supervillain/anti-hero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by writer Otto Binder and artist George Papp as a "mirror image" of Superman, and first appeared in Superboy #68 (1958).
Bizarro is the original version of "evil" Superman. Bizarro's origin has changed multiple times, but most incarnations of the character have him being created as a clone of Superman by Lex Luthor. The cloning experiment fails, however, and Bizarro becomes a disfigured monster with opposite powers to Superman.

Either way, Bizarro is a character modeled after Superman, who is powerful but is the evil, antagonistic version of the superhero.

Brightburn posits that it's Brandon's exposure to his spaceship and its message to “take the world” that's responsible for his plummet into villainy. It certainly looks as if this spaceship reprograms Brandon and that its purpose is to trigger this killer instinct within him.
Brightburn's Origins Are (Almost) The Same As Superman's
We never actually see Brandon's home planet, or any of the other aliens from his species, so it's unclear whether or not his home was destroyed in the same way Krypton was. However, from the point he arrives on Earth onwards, his origins closely match Superman's.
Superhuman Stamina: According to his adoptive father, Brandon has never fallen ill or been injured in his entire life. This would mean his immune system is extremely advanced than those of the human race, rendering him immune to almost all forms of harm on Earth.
