Brook is the fastest Strawhat in all regards. Followed by Sanji, then Luffy, and so on. There is a relevant gap in speed between each rank (Nami is incapable of keeping up with Usopp, or Luffy with Sanji)
Zoro and Sanji are both powerful fighters, but throughout the One Piece series, it was emphasized that the swordsman is a much stronger fighter with greater ambition and status. Comparing their respective feats, it seems that Zoro surpasses Sanji even in the specific parameter of speed.
2 Faster: Sanji
In terms of speed, Sanji is likely the fastest on the crew in base, however, when putting on the Raid Suit, he becomes one of the fastest in the entire series.
1 Luffy Vs.
The fight is, undoubtedly, the most difficult one that Luffy has fought so far. Kaido managed to defeat Luffy three times. For the first time, Luffy faced defeat against him Kuri and was thrown in prison. There, he learned Internal Destruction Ryuo and took Kaido on during the Onigashima Raid.
Zoro's Speed = . 1575/. 0000000131333333 = 11992385.8172m/s or . 04x Speed of Light (Sub-Relativistic) - So he's faster than Base Luffy from over 2 arcs ago, which seems about right.
1 Monkey D.
Luffy is the by far the strongest member of the Straw Hat Pirates. As the Fifth Emperor of the Sea, Luffy is incredibly powerful and is able to hold his own against the Yonko of the One Piece world. He uses the power of the Gomu Gomu no Mi in incredible ways and keeps getting stronger.
In zoro vs luffy, luffy has greater will, greater haki and pretty much everything. Zoro loses easily.
Brook is by far the oldest member of the Straw Hat Pirates in One Piece. Technically speaking, this musician died when he was 38. However, he had a Devil Fruit that resurrected him.
Usopp has a bounty of 500 million berries, however, his skill isn't up to the mark just yet. Out of all the Officers of the Straw Hat Pirates, he is the weakest.
Well, Chopper is actually the youngest Straw Hat, and he is periodically treated as such. It is not unusual for Chopper to be babied by characters such as Robin and Zoro. His birthday is December 24th, Christmas Eve, which reflects the cold climate he comes from and the fact that he was originally a reindeer.
This puts G2 luffy without haki/ prior to the time skip at about Mach 6.5 (around 5000 mph).
Nico Robin, however, is undoubtedly the smartest amongst the Straw Hat pirates. She's the only survivor of the island of Ohara, a people renowned for their general intelligence and academic capabilities. She's also one of, if not the only person alive in the One Piece world who can read the Poneglyphs.
Absolutely, Sanji is more of a speed blitzer versus Zoro who use strength to overwhelm his opponents. Zoro has an enhanced Strength stat whereas Sanji has an enhanced Speed stat.
Of all the Straw Hats, Zoro is by far the most loyal, and he has strong leadership and reasoning skills.
In addition to preventing Momonosuke's execution, Sanji also saved O-Tama, Chopper, and even Zoro. All these feats make it pretty clear that among the Straw Hats, only Luffy is more clutch than Sanji.
Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji have pulled off some amazing things over the years. This is why they're the Straw Hats' "Monster Trio". The Straw Hat Pirates are a powerful crew that hail from the East Blue, the weakest of all the seas in the One Piece world.
Alabasta is the start of Zoro's ability to cut through basically anything. It seems to be described vaguely as some kind of power that attuned you to the world around you, as Zoro describes being able to hear everything around home "breath".
Zoro was using his feet to walk in the air but not Skywalk.
1 Shirahoshi
Her ability is known to be great enough to destroy the entire world and Luffy is her guide. Her existence alone can bring the entire world to heel and now that she has gained full control over her ability, it goes without saying that she is quite likely the greatest ally that Luffy has so far.
1 Worst: Luffy vs Foxy
Foxy is someone who relies on cheating and trickery to win, making his level of actual strength not that impressive. Foxy was overconfident against Luffy even though his bounty at the time was significantly lower than Luffy's. He tried to steal Luffy's crewmates with a Davy Back Fight.
Conis and the rest of Skypiea witnessed Luffy completely destabilize Enel's attack. She then witnessed Luffy finally defeat Enel by punching the god straight into the golden bell.
