Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is known in the Qur'an as Khatam-un-Nabiyeen, which translates as 'seal of the prophets'. This is generally taken to mean that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was the last prophet, and no more shall come after him.
Some Muslims believe that Ilyas is still alive and attends Hajj every year, along with Khidr. Some Muslims also believe that Ilyas will return at the end times.

But it was not by accident that Prophet Isa (AS) was born without a father. It was by the design and decree of Allah as He had chosen the offspring of Adam and Noah, the family of Ibrahim, and the family of Imran above all people. At least, He is All-Hearing, All-Knowing (Qur'an 3:33-34).

The Bible does not say in any part that it is only the 144,000 that will go to heaven. The revelation to John supports Matthew 8:11, which says that many will come from every corner of the earth to sit with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The number 144,000 that were sealed or chosen are not pre-chosen.
