Destoroyah may not be the most powerful foe Godzilla ever faced, but he is the cruelest, the most vicious, and the most evil. He looks like a demon, and he fits the bill. He's the only monster in the franchise to laugh at Godzilla during the fight.
Ghidorah is Godzilla's greatest foe, and it isn't close. This alien creature sports three deadly serpent-like heads, it can fly, and it's capable of withstanding everything Godzilla can throw at it. Though the King Kaiju manages to win in the end, it's usually by the skin of his teeth.
Destoroyah is often considered one of Godzilla's most merciless and evil foes, if not the most evil of Godzilla's foes, along with the Showa King Ghidorah and SpaceGodzilla.
King Ghidorah
A three-headed dragon and long-time foe of Godzilla. Often mind-controlled, usually by aliens.
Destoroyah fought Godzilla at the peak of his power and nearly defeated him, but was finally destroyed by a combination of the JSDF's ULT cryolasers and the extreme heat given off by the near-meltdown Godzilla.
Godzilla Junior was subsequently attacked and killed by its mortal enemy Destoroyah, but ultimately it was able to return to life by absorbing the highly dense radioactivity emanated from Godzilla's meltdown.
Destoroyah grows quickly and adopts several appearances throughout the film, including his microscopic form, 3-mm form, insect-sized form, 2-meter form, 18-meter crab-like forms, a larger aggregate crab-like form, a bat-like flying form, and a bipedal 120-meter, demonic final form.
Anguirus was reintroduced in Destroy All Monsters as an ally and best friend of Godzilla living with him on Monsterland, a role that Anguirus maintained throughout Godzilla vs. Gigan, Godzilla vs.
In its debut film, Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster, Ghidorah is portrayed as an ancient extraterrestrial entity responsible for the destruction of the Venusian civilization, five thousand years before the film's events. Its attempt to destroy Earth is thwarted by the combined efforts of Godzilla, Rodan and Mothra.
Even in the films that emphasize Godzilla's destructive nature, he's rarely depicted as a villain unless he's pitted against a purely heroic kaiju, like Mothra or the man-made Mechagodzillas. As long as Godzilla's fighting another monster, chances are good that he'll be painted in a somewhat heroic light.
Godzilla (ゴジラ, Gojira), mainly known as Godzilla Ultima and Goshira, is the titular main antagonist in the 2021 anime Godzilla Singular Point.
Such Titans are typically classified as "protectors," and include the likes of Godzilla, Mothra, Kong, Behemoth, and Methuselah. Other more malevolent Titans are classified as "destroyers," such as King Ghidorah, Rodan, Scylla, Camazotz, MUTO Prime, Mechagodzilla, and the Skull Devil.
But for the most part, Godzilla is capable of beating his opponents in one-on-one fights. It's why Godzilla is regarded as a nearly unbeatable force. Destoroyah, King Ghidorah, Mechagodzilla, Mothra, and Gigan have all been defeated by him at one point or another.
Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla
In 1954, Godzilla appeared and laid waste to Tokyo before being killed by Daisuke Serizawa's Oxygen Destroyer. In the decades that followed, Japan was frequently attacked by giant monsters, including Mothra and Gaira.
Minilla, Godzilla's first son, introduced in the 1967 film Son of Godzilla. Godzooky, Godzilla's nephew from the 1978–1981 animated television series Godzilla.
The monster line-up: Godzilla, Anguirus, Rodan, Mothra, Manda, Ebirah, Zilla (from Roland Emmerich's U.S. "Godzilla"), Kamacuras, Kumonga, Minya, Hedorah, Gigan, King Seesar, Kaiser-Ghidorah and a new creature called Monster X.
Biollante is a genetically-modified rose Kaiju hybrid created from Godzilla's DNA by the Devonians, making her Godzilla and SpaceGodzilla's half-sister. She fought against Godzilla on the Monster Islands, but was defeated and escaped into the planet's atmosphere.
There, the two monsters again engaged in a vicious struggle, destroying Osaka Castle in the process. In the end, Godzilla mortally wounded Anguirus with a vicious bite to the neck, then finally killed him by setting him aflame with his atomic breath.
Godzilla had a more long-term relationship with Miki Saegusa, who appeared in Godzilla vs. Biollante (1989), Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah (1991), Godzilla vs. Mothra (1992), Godzilla vs.
But Mothra is the undisputed Queen. The giant moth-like monster first appeared in the 1961 Toho film “Mothra” and is among the most popular kaiju in the “Godzilla” franchise. And unlike the majority of her fellow kaiju, Mothra has always been depicted as a hero and a protector of humanity.
Kiryu can kill Destoroyah very quickly and without taking a scratch. Look at Rulers of Earth. Barugon, Hyper Mecha-King Ghidorah, MSF-3 Type 3 Kiryu and Lagoras would beat Destoroyah. Barugon would easily be killed by Destoroyah since he's a lot smaller and a beam from Destoroyah will kill him, same goes for lagoras.
In the original 1954 film, Godzilla was scaled to be 50 m (164 ft) tall. This was done so Godzilla could just peer over the largest buildings in Tokyo at the time.
Destoroyah (Japanese: デストロイア, Hepburn: Desutoroia, lit. 'Destroyer') is a crustacean kaiju who first appeared in Toho's 1995 film Godzilla vs. Destoroyah, as its titular main antagonist.
