As previously mentioned, Filoni did an impeccable job of making fans fall in love with many Clone characters, and none are more memorable or beloved than the great Captain Rex.
1 Captain Rex
Captain Rex is by far the best clone in all of Star Wars. He started serving as Anakin Skywalker's second command and leading the 501st Legion. With the help of Ahsoka Tano, he was able to avoid committing Order 66 by being stunned and having his inhibitor chip removed.
#1 – Yoda. Yoda is widely considered to be the greatest Jedi of all time, and with good reason. He is a master of the Force, a skilled warrior, and has an unmatched wisdom that comes from centuries of experience.
As The Clone Wars shows, Rex stood by Anakin's side through thick and thin, and he never faltered in his commitment to the cause. While other clones doubted their Jedi commanders or even deserted the Grand Army of the Republic altogether, Rex stayed with Anakin.

Apart from his wife, there's no one Anakin loved more than his own mother, Shmi. Her tragic death in Episode II: Attack of the Clones, was arguably the first step in his turn to the dark side. Anakin wanted to return to Tatooine and free his mother from slavery but once he returned it was too late.
Given his trajectory, it's easy to question whether Anakin Skywalker's love for Padmé Amidala in Star Wars were ever truly genuine.
Slick made an indirect mention of Jedi Generals Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker leaving the Command Center, then Cody and Rex knew that Slick was the traitor.
In the Star Wars Legends continuity, the founders of the Jedi Order were Jedi Masters Cala Brin, Garon Jard, Rajivari, and Ters Sendon.
The Clones who did hate the Jedi like Sergeant Slick were by far few and an exception. In the episode “The Hidden Enemy”, there is a traitorous Clone trooper named Slick who believed that the Jedi were using Clone troopers as slaves and even worked as a spy for Separatist commander Asajj Ventress on Christophsis.
Most Clone Troopers respect and revere their Jedi Generals, but Clone Commander Faie and his troops had mutual feelings of distaste for Vos, and likely would have believed him to be a traitor even without their brainwashing being activated.
CT-6969 was a clone trooper of the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. He was given a nickname Sixty Niner.
Grand Army of the Republic lived the longest? well, it's none other than CT6116 or Kix of the 501st Legion. kix served alongside Anakin Skywalker. and Captain Rex during the Clone Wars as a medic.
When Palpatine reveals himself as a Sith Lord to Anakin in Revenge of the Sith, a small detail shows that he considered dueling Anakin.
