Jedi Master Yoda is the most powerful of them all. This should come as no surprise, as he was the head of the Jedi Order in the prequels and was revered for his abilities during the original trilogy.
1 Luke Skywalker
Having faced his father once before, Luke was familiar with his tactics and used the force to gain an upper-hand. In Star Wars Canon, only Luke Skywalker can be acknowledged as the one who truly defeated Darth Vader.
He brought up his Disney+ series showing "a little bit of prime Luke" and how powerful the Jedi was shown to be; however, he ultimately thinks it comes down to Anakin having "faced so many more challenges" that would get him the win: The Cyber Nerds: “Prime Anakin Skywalker vs.
Vader is more powerful than Starkiller. “You grab your sabers and attack, but Vader is too powerful. He tosses you away like a rag doll.” Vader also wins the duel in the novel despite having his chest panel slashed open, which his panel is also slashed in the comic.

Starkiller ultimately avoided the future that the Sith Warrior represented. He reclaimed his birth name, "Galen Marek," and re-embraced his Jedi lineage, just before he saved the Rebel Alliance from a premature end at the cost of his own life.
Yoda will most likely win in a fight against Darth Vader because he is more skilled with a lightsaber and has the experience and feats that allow him to trim whatever size and strength advantage Darth Vader has over him. In fact, Yoda nearly defeated Palpatine, something that Vader could never do.
Though Yoda was extremely powerful in his own right, Luke, in bringing an end to the Emperor's reign, was able to accomplish what his master never could. Yoda faces off against Darth Sidious in Revenge of the Sith, but isn't able to accomplish his mission.
One thing that stands out is the fact that Anakin was weaker than Vader specifically against Obi-Wan, not necessarily in general. Anakin's emotions cost him the fight with Obi-wan, as he did exactly what Obi-wan wanted.
Within the Star Wars Legends continuity, Yoda's Jedi instructor was N'Kata Del Gormo, a Hysalrian Jedi Master, according to an in-universe legend.
Obi-Wan Kenobi soundly defeated Vader in Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith and Obi-Wan Kenobi, and is easily one of the most powerful Jedi Vader ever faced. Vader and Obi-Wan were similar in swordsmanship and Force-sensitivity, but Vader's hatred of Obi-Wan often caused him to fight irrationally.
Yoda found himself overpowered in battle against Darth Sidious, who would become Emperor Palpatine, but his wise retreat gave him time to mentor a new hope before ultimately succumbing to old age and passing into the Living Force on the planet Dagobah.
For Now - Luke Skywalker. In Legends, Luke Skywalker was the undisputed most powerful Jedi to have ever lived in our knowledge, surpassing Yoda.

During this period, almost every Jedi was at some point trained personally by Master Luke Skywalker, with a few exceptions, such as Kyle Katarn, who would go on to teach at the Jedi academy on Yavin 4. Also, due to the lack of fully trained Jedi, it was common for masters to train multiple apprentices at the same time.

The renegade clone of Anakin Skywalker was a human male cloned by Starkiller from the genetic material of his former master, Darth Vader. Following Vader's death, Starkiller embarked on a quest to create a perfect, obedient duplicate of the man to take as an apprentice.
Legends. Galen Marek, codenamed Starkiller, was the son of a Jedi fugitive killed by Vader during the Great Jedi Purge. After his father's death, he was trained by Vader since childhood to become the Sith Lord's secret apprentice.
Galen Marek was taken from Kashyyyk in 18 BBY by Darth Vader, who trained him to become his apprentice, giving him the codename 'Starkiller', with the intention of overthrowing Emperor Palpatine. After 15 years of training, Vader sent him to hunt down Jedi such as Masters Rahm Kota and Shaak Ti.
