Destiny: The oldest of the Endless, Destiny appears as a blind man dressed in grey or brown robes (purple in earlier comics), carrying a large book, the Cosmic Log. The book is chained to him, or he is chained to the book, and within the book is written the entire sum of existence, past, present and future.
Delirium: The youngest of the Endless, Delirium appears as a young girl whose form changes the most frequently of any of the Endless, based on the random fluctuations of her temperament. She has wild hair and eccentric, mismatched clothes.
Death is the second eldest of the Endless, a family of beings that personify natural forces.
From oldest to youngest they are: Destiny, Death, Dream, Destruction, Desire, Despair, and Delirium, who was previously known as Delight.
7 Delirium
Delirium is the youngest of the Endless, but she's still millions of years old. Occupying a chaotic realm, she serves as the personification of delirium and sanity and she can induce both in others. Delirium is depicted as a teenage girl with shifting, mismatched hair and clothing.
As children of Time and Darkness, the Endless are incredibly powerful beings, capable to create entire realms and dimensions while existing as the embodiment of their realms. They are said to be more powerful than every single god, even surpassing some of the weaker Primordials.
There's a 'vibe' in the series of the endless having a power rank roughly in line with their ages (oldest to youngest), which fits well with dream's speech. Of the six mentioned so far the age order is Destiny > Death > Dream > Desire > Despair > Delirium.
This differs from the other siblings, who are casually name-dropped and therefore regarded as being alive and well. The Prodigal is the only Endless whose absence implies something more unsettling is rumbling beneath the surface.
Dream/The Sandman
The title character of The Sandman has more names and titles than he does friends, but he most typically goes by Dream of the Endless, or Morpheus. The third oldest of the Endless, Dream came into being when the first sentient life began to think of things beyond simple survival.
In the series, the Corinthian displays his talent for possessing the bodies of the living, a process which causes the possessed body's hair to turn white and the eye sockets to bleed as the eyes are replaced (possibly eaten) by the Corinthian's teeth.
More than a mere personification of abstract concepts, each Endless is the idea itself, making them immune to death or destruction. While even god can be slain, a fallen Endless is merely replaced by another version of itself because the universe cannot function without these concepts.
Father Time is the personification of Time and rules over his domain. Time is the father to the Endless and with his partner Night, made all of Creation possible. However, in present times, Time and Night are separated and estranged from their families.
In The Sandman, God is referred as “The Presence,” and his existence can be sensed by anyone and everyone. Also, whether God is or is not present himself, his power and domain surround others. The scene of Moses and the burning bush is similar to the portrayal of Hell present in Sandman: Preludes and Nocturnes.
Lucifer is even stronger than the Endless, and the only known beings able to rival or surpass his power are Michael and the Presence. Dimensional Travel: Lucifer is capable of traveling throughout realms at will. By projecting flames from his hands, Lucifer is able to create portals to hell.
However, there is still someone else we haven't seen, someone the Endless themselves haven't seen in a very long time: the infamous Prodigal. The Prodigal is mentioned many times throughout The Sandman.
The only thing that can beat Dream is Death of the Endless, she is the only character who can properly kill an Endless. Dream is the personification of the entire Creation. Dream is the only character who can change the Book of Destiny.

The Endless are a family of beings who appear in American comic books published by DC Comics. The members of the family include Death, Delirium, Desire, Despair, Destiny, Destruction, and Dream.
The obvious answer is his sister, Death. When the Furies come to avenge the death of his son, Orpheus, at Lyta Hall's urgings, Morpheus is placed into checkmate. He had to momentarily leave his kingdom and source of power, the Dreaming, to fulfill a promise to the faerie, Nuala.
The Endless are each the seven children of even older entities, known as Mother NightOpens in new tab and Father TimeOpens in new tab. Destiny was born first, followed by Death, then Dream, Destruction, the twins known as Desire and Despair, and finally, Delirium, the youngest.
Death. The personification of Death (Kirby Howell-Baptise) is the elder sister of Dream as well as his go-to confidante.
History. First incarnated as Delight, she eventually transformed into Delirium for reasons even Destiny does not understand. She is seen as a very young Delight in Endless Nights; and in Overture she is seen at the beginning of her change from Delight to Delirium.
Nigh-Omniscience: Death is possibly the most powerful of the Endless having been shown (in a flashback in Brief Lives) to be virtually omniscient and being able to intimidate the Furies, who show no fear of the other Endless, simply by raising her voice.
I know the older siblings are more powerful than the younger ones. That means Destiny is the most powerful and Delirium the weakest. I however think this order of age and power makes more sense: Destiny, Dream, Destruction, Death, Delirium, Desire, then lastly Despair.
While the Dream Vortex threatens to annihilate the Dreaming if left unchecked, Rose's powers still cannot rival those of Lord Morpheus, Dream of the Endless. Rose is a human who can only hurt the Dreaming when she's asleep. Morpheus, on the other hand, is still Endless even between realms.
