Jacob Black is a character in the Twilight book series by Stephenie Meyer. He is described as an attractive Native American of the Quileute tribe in La Push, near Forks, Washington. In the second book of the series, New Moon, he discovers that he is a therianthrope who can shapeshift into a wolf.
The Romanian coven is one of the oldest vampire covens in existence. This coven is located somewhere in Romania, known as Dacia at the time of its founding. It was the original ruling coven before the Volturi overthrew them with their supernaturally talented guards, in a war between 400 and 500 AD.
Amun was the coven's leader and was one of only two survivors of the Volturi's assault during the war between their covens, the other one being Kebi, his mate. Amun is also considered the oldest vampire in the Twilight universe, as he was turned before the Romanian coven – the oldest coven there is – rose to power.

Edward Cullen
As stated in the first and second novels, he was born on June 20, 1901, in Chicago, Illinois, and was frozen in his 17-year-old body while dying of the Spanish influenza, when he was changed into a vampire by Dr. Carlisle Cullen.
In Breaking Dawn, the arrival of the Denali, the Volturi, and others caused more werewolves to unintentionally emerge, increasing the packs' numbers and becoming the biggest in Quileute history. While Jacob's father Billy Black isn't a werewolf, he still helped with the fight in his own way.
Sam Uley is a Quileute shape-shifter. He is the great-grandson of Levi Uley, and the son of Joshua Uley and Allison Uley. He is the Alpha of his pack and is engaged to Emily Young, on whom he has imprinted on.

A pack of wolves usually comprises a dominant (alpha) pair; an individual or a couple following in importance, and most likely to replace the current alphas (referred to as the beta pair); next in line, are individuals in the middle ranks, these are followed by one or more wolves of the lowest (omega) rank.

The Original Werewolf-Vampire Hybrid, Niklaus Mikaelson was the first of werewolf-vampire hybrids, and of this particular breed of creature he is the only one.
