The psychopath:
The "most faithful servant" is Barty Crouch Jr., who has already been in place at Hogwarts working for Voldemort. The three dead include Evan Rosier, Wilkes, and Regulus Black.
1. Strongest: Bellatrix Lestrange. Everyone's favorite Death Eater was also arguably Voldemort's most talented. Although her dueling skills were of the most impressive of all of her colleagues, her unyielding support of the Dark Lord is what gave her edge.
According to the majority of the users on the platform, Imelda Staunton's Dolores Umbridge takes home the award for the scariest Harry Potter character, and for good reason — not only is she blatantly evil as she is extremely unnerving.
Lord Voldemort
Tom Marvolo Riddle started both Wizarding Wars, created the Death Eaters and killed Harry Potter's parents. We could go on – he was the most dangerous Dark wizard of all time – but we won't. His horrific achievements are well known.
If Malfoy was officially inducted, he was easily the youngest Death Eater to have been there. Barty Crouch Jr held the previous record when he was 18-years-old, and Malfoy beat him cleanly by being only 16 when his turn came.
Arguably more hated and more dangerous than Voldemort himself, there are many reasons why Dolores Umbridge is the most hated Harry Potter character. Dolores Umbridge was arguably the most evil character in the Harry Potter series, sometimes more so than Lord Voldemort, mainly Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix.
Bellatrix acted as Voldemort's second in command, but, at the end of the day, she was just as powerful as he was. The difference between Bellatrix and Voldemort is that the Dark Lord used his power to fulfill his ambition and his quest for immortality.
Of course, Bellatrix and Snape were easily his favorites, but the Carrow siblings were up there as well. There are many instances that prove that Voldemort appreciated Amycus and Alecto Carrow. First and foremost, he selected them to accompany Draco on his mission to take out Dumbledore in The Half-Blood Prince.
Barty Crouch Jr. Voldemort refers to him as his “most faithful servant.” I'd say the GOF mission overrides that. That's true, but that's also while Bellatrix is still locked away in Azkaban. Barty.
Bellatrix was the first female Death Eater introduced in the books. Bellatrix had a fanatic obsession with the Dark Lord although she was clearly fearful of his magical abilities and absolute power over his forces.
Dementors are dark creatures that consume human happiness, creating an ambiance of coldness, darkness, misery and despair. Because of their power to drain happiness and hope from humans, they have been set the duty of being guards at Azkaban, where they prevent the prisoners from having the will or ability to escape.
Bellatrix is one of the most evil characters in the Harry Potter franchise, along with Voldemort and Dolores Umbridge, being ultimately pure evil.
The most likely reason why Lord Voldemort's nose disappeared and he devolved into such an evil-looking creature is that as he dabbled deeper into the Dark Arts, his appearance gradually became as distorted as what remained of his twisted soul.
Voldemort's greatest fear is death and as a result a boggart takes the form of his own corpse. It is unsurprising that this is Voldemort's biggest fear. After all, he did split his soul up encasing it in various horcruxes just so to keep himself from dying.
Besides Dumbledore, he is also the only wizard ever known to be able to apparate silently. Voldemort was also said to fear one wizard alone, Dumbledore.
As mentioned in the book, Dumbledore was 'the only one he ever feared'. Deep down, Voldemort knew that Dumbledore was more powerful than him. He had superior magical capability and possessed important information about Voldemort.
There are a total of 31 Death Eaters who have been named, although only two of them are women.
All Death Eaters must be proficient in the Dark Arts: murder, Unforgivable Curses, yodeling etc. An annual examination will be made to make sure that all members are up to scratch. No Death Eater shall behave with integrity unless it is a genuine accident. A Death Eater must be pureblooded.
Lucius Malfoy did nothing to dispel this hateful impression and was a fully signed up supporter of pure-blood supremacy. In fact, he was in Lord Voldemort's closest circle as a Death Eater. He despised Muggles, Muggle-borns, those he saw as blood traitors and tried to instil those values in his family.
Voldemort. Of course, Voldemort has to be one of the evilest characters in the Harry Potter series. He plots the death of entire groups of people, murders his friends when they are no longer of use to him, and will do anything for absolute power.

An association with villainous characters and elitism has given Slytherin the reputation of being an evil house. Hogwarts houses, however, no longer signify just a fictional construct in a beloved series.
