Kakashi Hatake Although the Copy Ninja doesn't depend on it as much as the others, he's certainly one of its strongest users. It remains unknown how Kakashi learned this Jutsu, or who taught it to him, but it is speculated that it has to do with his Sharingan.
Sasuke Uchiha is the strongest known lightning style user in the Naruto series. Like Kakashi, his go-to Jutsu is the Chidori. However, his arsenal is much more diverse when it comes to Jutsu.
Rasengan is one of Naruto's strongest jutsu, and it was eventually inherited by Boruto. Boruto learned this Jutsu from Konohamaru and managed to perfect it on his own. This technique sees chakra compressed into a sphere to increase its power.

The Fire Release: Flaming Rasengan is an original technique created by Ren Kuroi, expanding on the original concept for the Rasengan: mixing one's chakra element with the Rasengan, emphasising the combination of the highest forms of Shape Transformation and Nature Transformation.
