Queen Bavmorda is the main antagonist of the 1988 fantasy adventure film Willow, its adaptations in novels, comic-books and video-games as well as being the overarching antagonist of its Disney+ sequel television series of the same name.
As the new posters underline, the four villains are named The Dag, the Doom, the Lich, and the Scourge.
Sorsha is the tritagonist of Willow. She was the daughter of Queen Bavmorda and Prince Mikal Tanthalos of Tir Asleen. She was portrayed by Joanne Whalley in both the 1988 film and 2022 Disney+ television series, Willow.
Willow Converts Airk to a Villain

1. Elora reaches her full potential. Elora's hair has been slowly becoming a mottled mix of blond and auburn, but in saving Kit from drowning she comes fully into her own as a sorcerer. The spell takes hold, Kit is spat back to dry land and the world of the living, and Elora's mane becomes a shock of fiery red.
Abandoned at the Altar
Prince Airk is “gross and creepy” in Willow's Season 1 finale. Elora (Ellie Bamber) almost marries Airk (Dempsey Bryk), a hoodwink materialized by the Wyrm to suck out Elora's powers via her “true love's kiss.” But Elora doesn't want to kiss Airk anymore, let alone marry him.
Vermiscus is an orange liquid that orginates from the Wyrm.
Still, Willow on Disney+ has officially confirmed that Kit and Jade are in love with each other. It's not subtext or something strongly suggested. This is an out gay romance.
Bent from her mother's will since birth, Sorsha couldn't be her own person until she fell in love with Madmartigan, a fallen Knight of Galladoorn. She betrays her mother and joins the heroes in the conflict against her.
Ever since he was a child, Willow was said to have a strong affinity with magic, having been born with it. However, he has limited powers and abilities and at the beginning of the film, only knew how to do stage magic. He is also fairly clever and intelligent, managing to be a farmer and a sorcerer at the same time.

Dark Willow. A shadow of Dark Willow appears to fight Glory in the fifth season episode "Tough Love", but she does not come into full force until the sixth season in "Villains", "Two to Go", and "Grave".
Her Recovery After Turning Evil
In her place was Dark Willow, who possessed no morals and only cared about one thing: revenge. Xander managed to stop her, but not before Willow tried to destroy the world. Afterward, Willow recovered from her turn to evil in England with Giles, who helped her to control her magic.
At the end of Episode 1, when the band of heroes finally reaches Willow, he reveals that Dove is actually the grown-up Elora Danan.
However, she caught the eye of Prince Airk. They started a romantic relationship in secret. Airk told “Brunhilde” whom he called "Dove" that he would change for her. After Airk was kidnapped, Dove/Elora snuck out of the castle to join the group set out to find him.

We always called him the Dark Prince in our construction of the show. One of the questions we always had and hoped to keep alive to some extent throughout the season was, "Is he good or is he evil?" As the show progressed, he's pretty definitively good.
At the end of the film, Bavmorda is vanquished, and Elora Danan is left to be raised by Willow's allies, the mercenary Madmartigan (Val Kilmer) and Bavmorda's daughter, Sorsha (Joanne Whalley).
Early in the season, Willow had a vision of the future that foretold of Elora's death should she face the Crone. But Elora survives her fight with the Crone in the final episode. Elora chooses to go up against the Crone despite knowing Willow's prophecy, but she makes it out.
Julie Peters as Kaiya Ufgood, Willow's wife and a loving mother who is enthusiastic in caring for Elora.
Willow was heartbroken to learn that she had leukemia and chose to keep it a secret, knowing Michael would force her to have treatment. She wanted to wait until the baby was strong enough, but by that time, she was unfortunately at stage four.
Kit was a fearless person who sought justice for her brother. After hearing from Jade that her friend loved her romantically, Kit reciprocated.
