Nezuko marries Zenitsu Agatsuma in the Demon Slayer series.
Therefore, it is safe to assume that Zenitsu and Nezuko end up together and have kids in the future. This is proof that Zenitsu loved Nezuko and she too came to love him at some point in time.
In the second chapter of the second Demon Slayer light novel, One-Winged Butterfly, during the pillars training, Zenitsu tells his fellow demon slayers that he has a girl he loves, Nezuko, who is waiting for him at Butterfly Estate.
It is confirmed in the Volume 23 extras that Inosuke and Aoi did eventually end up together and that they have two great-grandsons, one of which is Aoba.
Zenitsu's debt is estimated to be around 600,000 yen in modern currency. This massive amount of debt likely came from his 7 ex-girlfriends. Despite all of them being beautiful, they treated Zenitsu like a slave, tricked him as well as robbing him of his money.
Eventually Zenitsu and Nezuko would marry and start a family as evidenced by their descendants.
It's implied that the characters from the original series have all since died and have been reincarnated in modern day Tokyo in the final chapter of the series, but two key characters confirm that Nezuko Kamado and Zenitsu Agatsuma eventually did have a family together as their great grandchildren, Yoshiteru and Toko ...
After the battle, Tanjiro returns home with his sister and friends. Later it is revealed that he married fellow slayer Kanao Tsuyuri.
Kanao is seen holding her hands close to her chest and slightly blushing, and falls flat on her face when Kiyo unexpectedly calls out to her from behind. It is implied in an extra chapter following the end of the Functional Recovery Training Arc that she may have had a crush on Tanjiro.
She is a demon and the younger sister of Tanjiro Kamado and one of the two remaining members of the Kamado family.

Naturally, any demon's survival instincts would dictate them to consume human flesh. However, Nezuko has been fighting her instincts and hasn't consumed human flesh.
