Fluttershy is the youngest. She is so shy and she is very quiet.
Roughly speaking, 9 seasons = 9 years. Give or take. So at the beginning of the show they would've def been 23 years old, then the 9 years pass throughout the 9 seasons, which then would have made them over 30 before the time skip.
I read a little about it and most would place them between the age range of late teens to early 20's. Some also think Fluttershy is the oldest, but I would think Rarity is the oldest because she is the only one who wears reading glasses to work (maybe they're just glasses to magnify the tiny needle and thread?).

Cheese Sandwich is a male Earth pony and the self-titled "super duper party pony" who first appears in the season four episode Pinkie Pride. He has since appeared in later episodes, IDW comics, and other media. In the series finale The Last Problem, he is Pinkie Pie's husband years in the future.
