Despite being stabbed by Sprite and then confronted by Ikaris,
Some sources identify her with images of a sea serpent or dragon. In the Enûma Elish, the Babylonian epic of creation, Tiamat bears the first generation of deities; her husband, Apsu, correctly assuming that they are planning to kill him and usurp his throne, later makes war upon them and is killed.
Tiamut the Communicator is the final antagonist of the 2021 Marvel Cinematic Universe film Eternals.
Tiamut the Communicator was a Celestial whose seed was planted within Earth. His growth was fueled by the energy of humans living on the world and shepherded by the Eternals.
For all intents and purposes, the durability of Tiamut far exceeds that of Galactus which is why Galactus has been documented as being quite afraid to face off with the Dreaming Celestial.
Although Tiamut defeated Arishem, he was then attacked by four other Celestials who had been working with Arishem, and he was imprisoned underneath the mountains.
Type of Villain
Arishem at the end of Eternals. The end of one life, Sersi, is the beginning of another. Arishem the Judge's most famous quote. Arishem the Judge is the overarching antagonist of the 2021 Marvel Cinematic Universe film Eternals.
Tiamut is frozen and killed by being turned to stone - stopping the Emergence.
Theory: Tiamut Sacrificed Himself In Eternals
With that in mind, a theory by New Rockstars (via CBR) suggests that Tiamut actually sacrificed himself in the MCU.
Peter Jason Quill was born in 1980 to Meredith Quill and Ego, making him a hybrid of human and Celestial. His conception was all part of a plot set up by his father to produce a second Celestial, whose power he could use to complete the Expansion, which involved assimilating millions of worlds into Ego's very being.
As revealed in Eternals, Tiamut was planted inside Earth long ago, waiting for the human population to become large enough to power the emergence. This could mean that Ego didn't know about Tiamut at all, or he did know and just didn't care.
Overcome by giddiness while flying, Icarus disobeyed his father and soared into the sky. He came too close to the sun, and the heat melted the beeswax holding his feathers together. One by one, Icarus's feathers fell like snowflakes. Icarus was flapping his "wings".
Because seriously his feet couldve just kicked one side of the earth like a baby in the womb and he would have been released, but he didn't, like he was minimising damage.
Arishem was killed alongside the Celestials by Annihilus during his universal conquest.
Two good choices are Dragoon and Warrior. Dragoon's Jump ability can be used to avoid Tiamat's melee attacks, then hit its multiple heads at once. Warrior, on the other hand, has the super useful Warcry ability that applies regen for roughly a minute, which is huge when you have limited heals.
Their ranks include Tiamut the Communicator, a being also known as the Dreaming Celestial, who plays a vital role in the story for "Eternals."
Unfortunately, in the midst of conflict with the rest of the Eternals trying to carry out Arishem's plan, Druig is injured and is left unable to carry out the original intention of putting Tiamut to sleep.
Whos the strongest celestial?(Marvel comics)
Tiamut stands higher on the power pedestal, but Scathans specific power places him above all but the One Above All. Tiamut is the strongest of all Bruisers with Reality Warping power. Scathan is the most untouchable of all Reality Warpers.
Guilt-ridden over his betrayal to Arishem and his actions against his fellow Eternals, Ikaris leaves earth and flies into the sun, ending his life.
The Eternals stopped this from happening to save humanity, but that meant Tiamut was frozen in the middle of the ocean. While most MCU movies leave lingering questions, Eternals having a Celestial emerge from the ocean is about as big as they get.
Was Tiamut depicted as being large enough in the Eternals movie to cause the destruction of the Earth upon his emergence? Yes, most definitely and The Emergence would've caused the destruction of any planet.
Arishem, just like all the Celestials, would have no problem defeating Thanos – especially one without the Infinity Stones. Thanos was one of the strongest living creatures in the universe, granted, but he was far from an all-powerful entity like the MCU's Celestials.
Gilgamesh
In terms of raw physical strength, Gilgamesh (Don Lee) is easily the strongest Eternal.
Arishem is one of two Celestials who have the right and ability to judge which planet's civilization will live and which will die. Arishem's function is to act as the leader of Celestial landing parties and has led all Four Celestial Hosts on Earth.
