In 1998, Fred participated in the Battle of Hogwarts, defending the castle's passageways with his twin. While fighting alongside his brother, Percy, he was killed in an explosion possibly caused by Death Eater Augustus Rookwood.
During the Battle of Hogwarts, Fred is killed in an explosion. Before his death, Fred reconciles with his estranged brother Percy, who arrives at Hogwarts to participate in the fight and apologises to the family for not believing them. Percy, who was right next to him, was distraught, and refused to leave Fred's body.
Later life (1998–?)
George never truly got over Fred's death. He eventually married Angelina Johnson, and named his first child Fred in loving memory of the twin brother he lost during the final battle. The couple also had a daughter named Roxanne.
Draco Malfoy attended Fred Weasley's funeral. He stood in the far back, careful not to be seen, and after he thought everyone had left, he lingered a bit. He'd never let on that he secretly thought the twins were quite funny, and he was truly sorry he'd been part of the reason that Fred died.
In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, our beloved Weasley patriarch Arthur suffered a brutal attack from Nagini – Lord Voldemort's snake companion – while guarding the Department of Mysteries; an attack that seemed like it could be his end.

The Weasley twin was one of the many major characters to be killed-off during the climactic Battle of Hogwarts in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the final book and film in the series.
Draco Malfoy's mother Narcissa was cold, cunning and devoted to the Dark Lord. But she was also a mother, which meant she was willing to risk everything to make sure her son was safe. When Harry survived Voldemort's Killing Curse for the second time, Narcissa pretended he was dead so she could get to Draco.

In Fred's last film line, he responds to George's question about him being OK and says, "Yeah."
Bill is viciously mauled by the werewolf, Fenrir Greyback. Fortunately, as Fenrir was not transformed at the time, Bill did not become a werewolf, though Madam Pomfrey is unable to completely heal his face, and he remains permanently scarred.
Harry Potter and the joke shop
Just one school year later, Harry won the Triwizard Tournament purse worth 1,000 Galleons. But after watching the co-winner Cedric Diggory die and barely escape death himself, Harry didn't want it. Instead of keeping it, he gave it to Fred and George Weasley to open a joke shop.
Both versions revealed that she was killed by Molly Weasley during the Battle of Hogwarts. The two versions of the duel didn't exactly match up in term of spell sequence. As part of Molly's final assault on Bellatrix, she sent a spell that froze the Death Eater before hitting her with an explosion.
Moaning Myrtle
Born in the late 1920s to Muggle parents, Myrtle Warren started her Hogwarts life in the early 1940s, where she was sorted into Ravenclaw.
Ginny is a pureblood witch born 11 August 1981, the seventh child and only daughter of Arthur and Molly Weasley. She attends Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and is sorted into Gryffindor house, along with the rest of her family.
Narcissa's greatest moment, however, was when she chose to betray Voldemort in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Not knowing whether Draco was alive or dead, Narcissa chose to lie to the Dark Lord rather than risk losing her son.
Dumbledore, at one point, possessed all three Deathly Hallows. From Dumbledore's letters to Grindelwald in Deathly Hallows, it is obvious that the headmaster of Hogwarts was obsessed with the idea of the Hallows in his youth.
"I always saw Dumbledore as gay," Rowling said in response to a fan question about Dumbledore's love life. "Dumbledore fell in love with Grindelwald" and was "blinded" by it. "This was Dumbledore's tragedy."
During the course of the war, Arthur and Molly had seven children: Bill in late 1970, Charlie in 1972, Percy in 1976, twins Fred and George in 1978, Ron in 1980, and Ginny in 1981.
For almost his entire life, Harry was a horcrux. This explains Harry's ability to speak Parseltongue — the magical ability to understand and talk to snakes — an ability Voldemort has as a descendant of Salazar Slytherin.
They were all fictional characters. None died in real life because they are fictional characters.
