Rose aka Sin Rostro During the final season, she was working on a final plan that would take down Jane and Rafael once and for all; however, she's stopped by Luisa. In the penultimate episode, Luisa kills Rose by pushing her over a balcony. Her death even mimicked Roman Zazo's in Season 1.
Petra sleeps with him in order to get to his phone and calls the police. Before they show up, she is confronted by Roman who starts chasing her. He is accidentally impaled when he runs towards Petra who's holding, mirroring his brother's death.

Sin Rostro's identity has finally been revealed. And no, it's not who we thought. In fact, the prime candidate for “Jane the Virgin's” mastermind villain, Rafael's father, Emilio Solano, was killed by the real Sin Rostro — his wife, Rose!
In the last three minutes of the episode, we discover that Susanna—Michael's menschy partner on the police force, who's been dating Rafael's sister Luisa—was actually Rose, aka Sin Rostro, Raf's former stepmother, the love of Luisa's life, and the ultimate crime lord, this whole time.

Petra left Lachlan for Rafael, as he had more money and the two got engaged after five months of being together. They marry and Petra becomes pregnant with a boy.

During the series finale, Petra was emotional over Jane and Rafael's happy ending and feared that she'd never find love again. However, at the wedding, JR returns and reunites with Petra and the duo get back together.
It was a surprisingly anticlimactic death, considering the stunts she's been pulling from the first episode. Yeah, she fell to her death, was totally impaled, and then burned...but it wasn't really planned. Luisa just pushed her through a roof because she was threatening to shoot Rafael or Jane.
Rose did not switch Mateo out when she kidnapped him but she CLONED him and will return to give Jane and Raf the SECOND surprise of their lives! She didn't die yet..... it was a lookalike. Raf and Jane must accept the clone child since it is their biological child.
21. Rafael was the one who turned Michael in for letting Nadine go! And he lied about it to Jane for six months! This is not the most memorable twist, nor the most shocking (Rafael and Michael really hated each other, remember?), but it is important.
Afterwards, they grow closer again as friends and co-parents, so much so that when Rafael marries Jane, he ask Petra to be his best "man". Two years after Rafael went prison, he starts dating Abbey. Abbey is fine with Rafael keeping close with his exes, Jane and Petra, in order to maintain the family.
That's going to take her on a real journey and obviously, there's big history there. At the top of next season, Rafael's lost all his money. He doesn't have anything. His credit cards don't work.
Derek is Rafael's half brother because they share the same crime lord mother, and apparently those criminal tendencies were indeed passed down to Derek.
Petra eventually moves on to Lachlan, but inseminates herself and has two daughters with Rafael.
At the end of the second season of Jane the Virgin, Anezka did a twin switch with Petra, leaving her sister in a comatose-like state while she took over her life.
Petra realizes she is into women, too, when she has a dream about her criminal lawyer, Jane Ramos, kissing her. After the dream, she realizes that she has feelings for JR and goes to pursue a romantic relationship with her.
Baby is the daughter of Darci Factor and Rogelio De La Vega. She is Jane's younger paternal half-sister and Mateo's aunt.

In the 5th season, she escapes and takes Jane hostage, however, ultimately falls to her death after being double-crossed by Luisa. Susanna Barnett (Megan Ketch, season 2): Rose's fake identity, acting as Michael's new partner after Nadine is killed.
Season 5. It turns out the man JR shot was Miloš who wanted revenge on Petra. She's just about to call the police when he reveals he owns two thirds of the hotel and offers to give her the shares in exchange for his freedom.
They finally uncover that Rose is Sin Rostro, Michael realizing it when they interview Emilio Solano's mistress and from then on work together to discover her whereabouts. While following a lead, Michael runs into his old girlfriend, Andie, and they start dating again.
