Renesmee soon gave birth to twins Evan and Sarah Black a month later and another month after, Renesmee marries Jacob.
While Jacob insists his feelings for Renesmee (Mackenzie Foy) will remain completely platonic until later in her life (as does Twilight author Stephenie Meyer), Bella (and most of the fandom) find their relationship to be unsettling at best.

Their child would be 1/4 human, 1/4 vampire and 1/2 werewolf, which would make them a threat to the Volturi. Renesmee is fertile as she is 1/2 human. The only aspect of herself that is a vampire is that she'll never age after she matures and she drinks blood.
The Cullens are safe again, and Renesmee is able to stay with her family. Nahuel states that Renesmee will probably reach complete physical maturity around seven years after her birth, at which point she will stop aging and live to an unknown extent of years.
Seeing as she's half vampire, one would think she would age much slower than humans, since vampires can't age at all. However, poor unloved Jacob shouldn't have to wait eighteen years for his happily ever after, so Renesmee grows abnormally fast, and will magically stop aging once she reaches sexual maturity.
The Jacob/Renesmee spin-off won't happen for awhile, as Stephenie Meyer is currently working on a Young Adult science fiction story.

Members of the Quileute wolf-pack do age if they do not phase for a long time; Jacob's body has physically grown to the equivalent of a 25-year-old in Breaking Dawn but stops aging after that. Jacob is the largest and strongest of the pack.
The result of it caused Edward to nearly kill Jacob for telling Renesmee how he felt about her when she wasn't ready but instead Jacob was punished by not seeing Renesmee for two weeks. Renesmee later came around having feelings for Jacob and the two have been together since then.
By imprinting on Renesmee, Jacob has imbued her with protection from other werewolves in his tribe. However, as a half immortal, she will continue to grow until her full maturity at the age of about seven, at which point she will appear to be about seventeen (like her father Edward) and will cease to age (as shown by Nahuel in Breaking Dawn).

At this time, there are no plans to make another movie. A book titled Midnight Sun from Stephenie Meyer is a version of the story told from the perspective of Edward Cullen. But, again, it would have to star a new cast and a retelling of the same story is best for a book and not a TV series or movie, in my opinion.
Bella's Anger At His Imprinting Is Hypocritical
Despite accepting this, she blows up when she learns Jacob imprinted on her daughter, Renesmee. While it's certainly a creepy situation, she was okay when it was someone else's young child.
Renesmee will eventually reach an age of maturity and stop growing, just like Nahuel, but she does have some time of growing left. Vampires are not used to growing, but Renesmee's aging process is much faster than a human's.
Renesmee can survive on either blood or human food, though she prefers blood, and she does not produce venom. Her special abilities are transmitting thoughts to others by touching their skin and penetrating mental shields, the opposite abilities of each of her parents.
Renesmee is special, because she is not an Immortal Child, or a child that was bitten by a vampire. Instead, Renesmee is born biologically.
At the end of Eclipse, she becomes engaged to Edward Cullen, and they marry in Breaking Dawn, one month prior to her 19th birthday. On their honeymoon, she becomes pregnant, and, due to the peculiar nature of her baby, Bella nearly dies giving birth to their daughter, Renesmee.
