Tony and Bruce then use Stark technology to create their own Infinity Gauntlet, which Bruce then wields, because his strength as the Hulk and previous exposure to Gamma rays make him the most capable choice. Bruce snaps his fingers, undoing the previous snap, but the effects aren't immediately apparent.
In Avengers: Infinity War Thanos used the Infinity Stones to wipe out half of all life in the universe. In Avengers Endgame, the heroes decide to undo the Snap by traveling back in time (or alternate timelines) and collecting the Infinity Stones.
While the Avengers debated who could wield the Infinity Stones and save the universe, Hulk was ultimately the one who was deemed strong enough to survive reversing Thanos' snap. It was the ultimate heroic moment for Hulk, as he even stated, "It's like I was made for this."
As they fit the Stones into a Nano Gauntlet, it was decided that Hulk would be the one to wield it. Despite the great difficulty of wielding the Infinity Stones' raw power, Banner was able to snap his fingers and ultimately resurrect the victims of the Snap.
Kang isn't physically stronger than Thanos, and if the two were to square up in a one-vs-one fight then the Titan would arguably win. However, Kang's knowledge of the multiverse means that would quite literally be several steps ahead of Thanos at all times.
So while Thanos may be the more intimidating villain right now, the sheer multiversal scale of the threat posed by Kang makes him a likely candidate for the most powerful villain in the MCU.
As he gamed this particular fight over and over, maybe more than 15 million times, He Who Remains chose this specific set of events. He caused Heimdall, Loki, Gamora, Black Widow, and Iron Man to die. Kang wasn't there physically when they died. But it is his screenplay that they followed.
At the end of Endgame, Tony Stark uses the Infinity Gauntlet to reverse Thanos' snap, and sacrifices himself in the process.
Thanos's mighty snap took down half of the universe as well as some of the most beloved superheroes in history. Marvel fans watched Peter Parker disintegrate in Tony Stark's hands, which is something that nobody expected to happen. But when it comes to Deadpool, who has been through quite a bit on his own, he survived.
He snaps his fingers and erases Thanos and his army — but Tony dies in the process.
Thanos knew that it would be an extremely dangerous fight because the Hulk's strength was essentially limitless. It wasn't a fight between the two, per se, but it explained that Thanos, in all his might, knew very well he must not get into a fistfight against the Hulk.
Thanos Beat Hulk Because He Was A More Skilled Fighter
This physical power does show itself in Avengers: Infinity War's opening as Hulk has a moment where he does overpower Thanos, but the fight quickly goes in the other direction.
Fans assumed the Hulk wouldn't emerge when Bruce Banner tried to transform because the big green guy was scared of Thanos, but one of the film's directors says that, actually, the Hulk isn't a giant baby scaredy cat, thank you very much.
Imagine, Tony survived after End Game, he could have his own replicated Pym particles, had a time machine in his suit and even had access to each timeline in the multiverse. Dr. Strange believed if Tony Stark survived then sooner he will be the most powerful being in the universe.
The film reveals that several more characters had been blipped and restored, including Peter's aunt May Parker, and his classmates Ned Leeds, MJ, Betty Brant, and Flash Thompson. Parker's teacher Roger Harrington complains that his wife had pretended to have been blipped in order to leave him.
The year 2020 would mean only two years into The Blip. Which of course means that Matt Murdock himself was not Blipped. However one wonders if this could explain the absence of his friends Foggy and Karen. Both actors are said to have not been asked to return for Born Again.
Note that all the members of the original Avengers team — Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye — survived Thanos' attack.
Superman would have as much or as little a chance of survival as anyone else. He may be bulletproof, but he isn't snap-proof. Only an individual with extreme or nearly cosmic levil luck would be impervious to the snap, unless of course it was more fortunate for them to be snapped than not to be.
In fact, directors Joe and Anthony Russo recently opened up about how the mutants would have been incorporated into Infinity War and Endgame, admitting that only Wolverine would have survived the snap.
Thanos didn't lift Mjolnir, Captain America did
With Mjolnir's worthiness enchantment resulted in Thor being able to lift the hammer only if he is considered to be worthy, but likewise, the enchantment is not discriminatory in nature, and anyone who is deemed worthy is able to lift the hammer.
"He's aware of Stark from the original Battle of New York as the person who undid the plan," said Russo about Thanos knowing Stark. The makers also explained the connection between Stark and Thanos in regards to what they want to achieve: a path for a better future.
In the commentary track on the Avengers: Infinity War digital release, director Joe Russo revealed (via ComicBook.com) that Thanos recognized Tony as the person who foiled his scheme to seize power over Earth through Loki (Tom Hiddleston) in 2012's The Avengers.
Kang the Conqueror is set to be the Avenger's next big nemesis, but 1 moment in Endgame suggests Iron Man was the 1 Avenger he feared.
He traced the temporal disruption to one person: Captain America. Believing that Captain America's presence in the 21st century is the reason Earth was devastated, Kang orders his fleet to jump to the 21st century and eliminate the Captain.
The photo of Galactus' body was published in the newspapers with the title “God Found Dead Near Mars.” It is not known what led to Galactus' demise. However, his death came after Silver Surfer clawed his chest cavity open in space to feel what it would be like to breathe air again.
