"Woolworths is proud that 100 per cent of the bread we bake comes from Australia," a spokesman said. "Around 90 per cent of the bread that we sell in our in-store bakeries is baked from scratch by Woolworths' team of bakers."
A Woolworths spokesperson has confirmed to 7NEWS.com.au that the majority of bread sold in-store is delivered fresh daily.
