The Jedi Temple of Luke Skywalker had been established by Jedi Master Luke Skywalker to train Solo, who was his sister's son, and other Padawans in a new generation of Jedi.
The Supreme Leader of the First Order, the mysterious Snoke was powerful with the dark side of the Force, and seduced Ben Solo into abandoning the Jedi path to become his apprentice. He also commanded the technological war machine engineered to destroy the New Republic and the Resistance.
Even though Kylo Ren uses a red lightsaber, harnesses the dark side of the Force, and wears a cape, he is not a Sith. Because of that, he can never hold the title of Darth.
Snoke and his many copies were not a clone of any known individual the way the Clone Army soldiers were modified copies of Jango Fett. Nor was he a one-for-one recreation of a previous body like Palpatine's clone body. Snoke was an entirely new being made from scratch, and Dr.

And then, there is the matter of a child...

Darth Vader never knew he had twins until that final battle on the second Death Star. The force ghost of Obi Wan had warned Luke to bury his understanding of Leia deep or Vader would be able to sense his feelings.
A crystal embodies the Jedi as the heart of the lightsaber, and pure kyber has no color until it's bonded to the Force user. This process likely resulted in Rey Skywalker's lightsaber being yellow.
