Being an Uzumaki, the protagonist cannot awaken the Sharingan on his own, but he can get one implanted. However, that strong emotion of love combined with hatred that the Uchiha member feels gives Sharingan its strength.
kakashi doesn't have the sharingan in boruto, he lost them in the war when obito died. kakashi was only borrowing obito's eyes in the anime and once his spirit was gone, the sharingan would be aswell. however kakashi is still incredibly powerful and is still the man who copied a thousand jutsus.
Izuna Uchiha
Still, his Mangekyō abilities never reached their full potential and he tragically fell in battle at his rival's hands.
However, after being redeemed by Naruto Uzumaki, Obito gives his life to end the war and Madara dies shortly afterwards, leaving Sasuke the last surviving Uchiha.
She knows her daughter's placing a lot of pressure on herself, especially as she and Sasuke are the last of the Uchihas. It's clear, however, Sarada is actually light years ahead of someone else who'd have this handicap at her age and Sasuke's assured her she's on the right track as she isn't complacent.
Madara Uchiha
Sasuke aside, Madara is easily the strongest Uchiha in the land. His boldness knows no limits after we witnessed him directly challenge the God of the Shinobi in order to compare himself directly to the best. After obtaining the power of Rinnegan, he went on to control the Ten-Tailed beast's Jinchuriki.
Who is the god of Uchiha? Indra Otsutsuki is revealed to be the creator/ founder of the renowned Uchiha Clan in Naruto. He was the eldest son of Hagoromo Otsutsuki (The Sage of Six Paths) and the elder brother of Ashura Otsutsuki.
Mikoto is portrayed as a gentle and loyal character, ready to give out advice to her sons and be supportive of her family.
Sasuke's Right Mangekyo Sharingan
Using his right eye, Sasuke can use a jutsu called Kagutsuchi. This technique allows him to manipulate the shape and form of the black flames that he produces.
A young Kakashi had his original left eye cut out by an enemy Stone ninja while he was protecting his teammate Obito; this is also how he got the scar running vertically along his eye. At around this same time, Obito unlocked his Sharingan, used it to kill their enemy, and saved them both.
In an interview, series creator Kishimoto Masashi said that he initially designed Hatake Kakashi wearing a face mask because it felt consistent with the secrecy and mysteriousness inherent in being an accomplished shinobi. Further, Kishimoto had hoped to introduce more masked characters.
1 Kaguya Otsutsuki
She wields the Rinne-Sharingan, which is needed to cast the strongest Genjutsu in the entire series. With her Rinne-Sharingan, Kaguya can cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi over the entire world.
The only two ways Naruto can get the rinnegan is through blood transfusion from Sasuke or absorb enough of Sasuke chakra and merge with his chakra.
The Sage of Six Paths, Hagoromo Otsutsuki was certainly the strongest of all the Rinnegan users in Naruto. Unlike the other Rinnegan which are Kekkei Genkai, his was considered to be a Kekkei Mora, meaning its powers surpassed a regular Rinnegan.
In the end, Madara was killed by Hashirama.
2 Sasuke Uchiha Fought The Strongest With No Fear
Ever since he was a kid, Sasuke Uchiha never feared any challenge. When Naruto was too scared to fight the first foes they met on their first mission, Sasuke showed no sign of fear.
7 Shisui Uchiha
He was one of the few Uchiha who genuinely cared about the prosperity of the Hidden Leaf. Shisui Uchiha was renowned as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" for his skill in the Body Flicker Technique. Danzo considered Shisui — who had awakened the Mangekyou Sharingan — to be the strongest Uchiha of his time.
Hashirama Senju, aka the First Hokage, was the only one who could ever beat Madara Uchiha in life.
It is revealed later that Sasuke is the sole survivor of the once-powerful Uchiha clan of Konohagakure. He, at the age of seven, survived the massacre of his clan perpetrated by his brother, Itachi, who spared Sasuke's life because he did not consider him worth killing.
Madara is considered a legendary ninja who fought against Hashirama Senju and was considered the "God of Shinobi." After being reanimated, Madara took down the Five Kage, but that was due to having infinite chakra reserves. He was also able to defeat Naruto, Sasuke, and Tobirama during the Fourth Great Ninja War.
Sarada is faster, stronger with her enhanced strenght, is clever, has vesatile ninjutsu and genjutsu to boot, and is good at shurikenjutsu. she is an all around shinobi with high specs in all categories for a genin. on the ohter hand Boruto really doesnt have anything going for him.
Tsunade's battle prowess is incredible, and she's fought multiple wars in her lifetime. She specializes in Chakra Enhanced Strength and the use of Byakugou, just like Sakura. However, it is a known fact that Sakura surpassed Tsunade during the great ninja war.
