Quirinus Quirrell. Professor Quirrell was not an official Death Eater, but the fact that Voldemort lived on the back of his head certainly gives him some kind of ceremonial status.
There are three missing Death Eaters: Karkaroff, Couch Jr, and Snape. In the Goblet of Fire, in the graveyard, Voldemort says: “And here we have six missing Death Eaters ... three dead in my service.
Death Eaters have also attacked pure-bloods who oppose them. Examples of this are pure-blooded members of the Order of the Phoenix such as Sirius Black, the Prewett brothers, who were murdered because of their loyalties, and the entire Weasley family.
Lucius eventually became a Death Eater, one of the followers of Lord Voldemort, and even one of the most trusted servants, but abandoned that side after the Dark Lord's first fall in 1981. Lucius claimed he had been bewitched by Voldemort through the Imperius Curse and had not meant to serve him.
Having gone through the horrors of the second wizarding war as a Death Eater, Draco abandoned the pure-blood beliefs he was originally devoted to, and grew to become a better person than he was in his youth, growing more tolerant and accepting of the non-pure-bloods of the wizarding world.
I've read many places that Narcissa Malfoy was never branded with the Dark Mark. Therefore, she was never an official Death Eater. However, she was privy to all of the secret plans of the Death Eaters; after all, Malfoy Manor was the headquarters for Voldemort and Co. during the Second Wizarding War.
The most likely reason why Lord Voldemort's nose disappeared and he devolved into such an evil-looking creature is that as he dabbled deeper into the Dark Arts, his appearance gradually became as distorted as what remained of his twisted soul.

The kind of versatility in magical abilities that Snape displayed was almost around the level of Albus Dumbledore and Voldemort, making him easily more powerful than the average wizard and even the members of the Order of the Phoenix and the Death Eaters.
Sirius Black is Harry's godfather. Sirius is also a convicted murderer of thirteen people and a confirmed Death Eater. Except, of course, as we discover in Book 3, Sirius has actually been framed by his one-time friend, Peter Pettigrew.
It should be noted that despite his fear of Voldemort and that he was not a Death Eater, Quirrell was one of Voldemort's only followers who referred to him by name, the others being Barty Crouch Jr. and Peter Pettigrew.
There are a total of 31 Death Eaters who have been named, although only two of them are women.
3. Lupin was turned when he was only four years old. Remus was turned by Fenrir Greyback, who sought revenge on his father for his unkind words about the werewolf community.
Pettigrew attempted to strangle Harry, but momentarily slackened his grip when Harry reminded him of his life debt, and was killed for it by the silver hand made for him by Voldemort. Hermione learned about his death after the battle.
Nearly all of those recruited were from Slytherin House. However there may have been recruits from Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, and even from foreign schools within the ranks as well. There were presumably no Hufflepuff Death Eaters (Hufflepuff House boasted of being the only house never to produce any Dark Wizards).
So, had Snape gone all out in the duel against McGonagall in Deathly Hallows, she would have put up a good fight, but he would have prevailed in the end due to his edge in the Dark Arts, Legilimency and Occlumency.
Unlike many Death Eaters, when Bellatrix was imprisoned in Azkaban, she did not lie about her loyalty, instead proudly declaring herself to be a follower of Voldemort. Even Voldemort himself had a considerable amount of respect for Bellatrix.
Though Harry encountered many opportunities that deemed Avada Kedavra necessary, it remains as one of the Unforgivable Curses Harry Potter never cast. For one, he viewed the spell as an immoral practice commonly used by users of the Dark Arts.
Snape having the same Patronus, the doe, as Lily symbolized his everlasting love and unwavering devotion towards her. He hadn't stopped loving her after their last altercation, marriage to James Potter, or death. She was his "always," his guiding light, and he protected Harry for her.
Harry proceeds to tell Delphi that she will always be an orphan and they return to the correct time, where Delphi would be taken to Azkaban. After Voldemort's death in 1998, Delphi became Salazar Slytherin's last known heir.
Narcissa Malfoy's Very Dangerous Lie
But she was also a mother, which meant she was willing to risk everything to make sure her son was safe. When Harry survived Voldemort's Killing Curse for the second time, Narcissa pretended he was dead so she could get to Draco.
When Voldemort asked her to check if Harry was dead and she realised he was, in fact, still breathing, Narcissa seized her opportunity. Harry revealed that Draco was still very much alive, and she lied to her master in order to get closer to him.
Voldemort intentionally made six Horcruxes, but when he used Avada Kedavra on Harry, he unintentionally created a seventh Horcrux. Instead of dying, Lily's love for Harry created a counter 'curse' known as Sacrificial Protection and saved Harry.
