Based on our research, the first-ever Disney supervillain is the Evil Queen. Disney's first-ever animated full-length film was Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Snow White and the Seven Dwarf's villain started the evilness and spread hate and jealousy all over the Disney world.
But as of late, those archetypes have gradually faded away. While The Princess and the Frog (2009) and Tangled (2010) gave us Dr. Facilier and Mother Gothel respectively, we haven't seen a traditional villain since 2013.

However, when determined enough, Maleficent was able to snap an iron chain holding a chandelier with her wings, proving that even iron could barely slow her down when she was at her most dangerous.
Like Doctor Strange, Thor is an opponent that has an element of magic about him, putting him in a class of superhuman ensured of victory against Maleficent. Thor is a God among his people, capable of controlling the weather to respond to his every command.
Maleficent and Aurora have a close relationship, like a mother-daughter relationship. Even after learning Maleficent's identity and going away from her, after realizing that her father, Stefan, does not show any love or genuine care for her, Aurora sees Maleficent as her fairy godmother.
