No one really knows. Christians believe that Adam was made from clay and Eve from Adam's rib, which would potentially mean that their eldest son, Cain, was the 1st person born on Earth.

Jesus Created the Earth
He did so through the power of the priesthood, under the direction of our Heavenly Father. God the Father said, “Worlds without number have I created; … and by the Son I created them, which is mine Only Begotten” (Moses 1:33).
God the Father is the Supreme Being in whom we believe, whom we worship, and to whom we pray. He is the ultimate Creator, Ruler, and Preserver of all things. He is perfect, has all power, and knows all things.
It is called “Mother Earth” because during the Paleolithic they referred to a superior life-giving power and on the other hand also as an analogy to our mother, because without her we would not have life and much less a future, so we must protect her.
Water flows endlessly between the ocean, atmosphere, and land. Earth's water is finite, meaning that the amount of water in, on, and above our planet does not increase or decrease.
