Obi-Wan Kenobi
Through it all, Obi-Wan reveals himself to be one of the very best examples of what a Jedi Knight should be: selfless, kind, and willing to do whatever it takes to protect those in need.
Plo Koon. Wise and compassionate, Plo Koon was one of the most effective Jedi masters, genuinely caring about the clones he commanded. He was the Jedi who brought Ahsoka to the Order when she was young, and defended her during her trial for bombing the Jedi Temple.

Obi-Wan's master is one of the most famous Jedi, and his loyalties to the Republic and the Jedi Order are never called into question.
Plagueis is the most powerful force-user with the second being Darth Sidious and the third being Yoda. Darth Plagueis created Anakin Skywalker through meditation, and trained Sidious in the dark side using quite a few new methods. He created new ways to use the Force that others had never even thought of.
Yoda is widely revered as the wisest Jedi and stronger than most in his connection with the Force. During his incredibly long lifespan, he trained generations of Jedis, ultimately serving as the Grand Master of the Jedi Council.
Two of the most prominent Gray Jedi in Star Wars Legends were Revan and Jolee Bindo. Although Revan was never officially classified as a Gray Jedi, he represents someone who constantly straddled the line between the light side and the dark side.
Arguably, some of the rarest types of Jedi were the so-called Iron Knights. These are members of the Shards species - crystals with a brain of their own. They were Force-sensitive and all trained under the tutelage of Jedi Master Aqinos. The Shards had droid bodies, similar to that of General Grievous.
Yoda. Yoda was a wise, experienced, and powerful Grand Master of the Jedi of an unknown species and the oldest known prophet in existence (having lived at least 900 years), considered the wisest and most powerful Jedi Master within the Star Wars universe.
