Upon seeing the Jedi's force abilities, the Mandalorians created gadgets, weapons and armor to counter Jedi abilities. Despite the animosity between the Mandalorians and the Jedi, Tarre Vizsla became the first Mandalorian Jedi. As a Jedi, Vizsla built the Darksaber and used it to unite his people as their Mand'alor.
Some Mandalorians, most notably members of Death Watch, held a grudge against the Jedi for their perceived crimes against Mandalore during the Mandalorian-Jedi War. During the Clone Wars, anti-Jedi sentiment further developed in a segment of the galaxy's public opinion.
Powers and abilities. As a Jedi Guardian specializing in lightsaber combat, Tarre Vizsla was not as competent in Force-mediated combat nor as strong in the Force as his fellow Jedi Sentinels and Consulars.
Te Sol'yc Mand'alor (Mandalore the First) was the original leader of the Mandalorian people who led them to the planet that would later bear his name. Mandalore the First conquered the planet's apex predator, the mythosaurs, and carved a helmet from the sternum of one of the fallen beasts.

Biography. Legend had it that Yoda—a Jedi who became Grand Master—was trained by N'Kata Del Gormo. A Force-sensitive Hysalrian, N'Kata Del Gormo was trained in the ways of the Force and achieved the rank of Master within the Jedi Order.
Along with Masters Yoda and Fay, Jedi Master T'ra Saa was among the very oldest of the Jedi to fight in the Clone Wars, being at least several hundred years old. Saa was a combatant in the opening battle of the war, the Battle of Geonosis, and fought as part of Mace Windu's strike team.
The quiet Yaddle was a member of the same mysterious species as the revered Jedi Master Yoda. Yaddle sat on the Jedi Council with her fellow green-skinned diminutive Force-user. By the time of the Clone Wars, she was no longer on the Council.
Grogu survived the Great Jedi Purge and was hidden away. Grogu was rediscovered by a remnant of the Galactic Empire after it fell, and became known to many simply as "The Child," during the New Republic Era. However Grogu was rescued by Din Djarin, a Mandalorian bounty hunter where he became a foundling.
