Aegon the Unworthy. Aegon IV was the son of King Viserys II, and is considered one of the worst kings to ever sit the Iron Throne, earning him the nickname “the Unworthy.” I see many similarities between Aegon IV and Baron Harkonnen from Dune.

Aegon began his reign when he was young, vigorous, robust, and handsome but ended it old, corrupt and morbidly obese. By the end of it he was bloated and fat. His eyes were almost lost in the fat of his face, his legs too weak to support his belly.
They were brought to the castle ward, where they found an injured Sunfyre and King Aegon II Targaryen. Prince Aegon watched in horror as Sunfyre devoured his mother. Aegon was forever mentally scarred, and this event cemented his later fierce hatred for and terror of dragons.

What truly makes Aegon IV the worst King in Westerosi history, in my opinion, is what he did on his deathbed—he legitimized all his bastards, born of noble and common mothers alike.

Unfortunately, after his death, a war ensued because of his sons being rejected due to their incestuous origins. Nevertheless, Aegon is definitely the second most intelligent Targaryen right after Aemon.
Vhagar is the largest dragon.
Vhagar is the oldest dragon of the ones owned by House Targaryen in "House of the Dragon," and was previously ridden by Visenya Targaryen during King Aegon I Targaryen's reign years before the series picks up.
All this considered, is Viserys a bad king? Yes. While some would qualify his ruling as more unlucky than most, he still did not provide the best. Of all the kings to sit on the Iron Throne, King Viserys falls somewhere in the middle of that list, possibly somewhere among the top half of kings.
Vhagar was a she-dragon of House Targaryen. She was ridden by Queen Visenya Targaryen during Aegon's Conquest, alongside Aegon the Conqueror's Balerion and their sister Rhaenys's Meraxes. Other known riders of Vhagar are Prince Baelon Targaryen, Lady Laena Velaryon and Prince Aemond Targaryen.
Once she reached Dragonstone, Rhaenyra was betrayed by Ser Alfred Broome, whose men slew the remainder of her Queensguard. Her half-brother Aegon II then had her fed to his own dragon, Sunfyre, at Dragonstone.
