Jedi Master Yoda and three clone troopers -- Jek, Thire, and Rys -- must face off against Count Dooku's dreaded assassin Ventress and her massive droid army to prove the Jedi are strong enough to protect a strategic planet and forge a treaty for the Republic.
Yoda and the three clones, Rys, Jek, and, Thire, had to get on Rugosa in an escape pod. Ventress, who has already introduced herself to Katuunko, challenged Yoda and his men to take on her droid forces. Whoever was victorious won Toydaria's alliance.
The episode features the return of the clone troopers Rex, Wolffe, and Gregor from the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series.

By 5 ABY, a Pyke repulsor train ran through the Dune Sea on the planet Tatooine to transport spice across the world. While on its route, the train regularly terrorized a Tusken tribe, as the Pykes wrote off the sand people as simple minded raiders who would be a threat to their spice trade.

He is the first clone trooper to receive Order 66 on-screen, and he obediently commands his troopers to shoot down Obi-Wan and to locate his body to confirm the kill. Cody later appears in The Clone Wars film and its related television series.

The most famous of the clones is Captain Rex, or CT-7567, an Advanced Recon Commando (ARC) who commanded the Torrent Company–part of the 501st Legion within the Grand Army of the Republic. Rex regularly accompanied and took orders from Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano, and was an honorable soldier through and through.
