Nope, Hulk would win, Hulk is stronger than Goku, and when he reach the Worldbreaker Hulk, it's lights out for Goku, also, like Superman, Hulk's strength was infinite, so Goku would have trouble for that, and Hulk takes hit similar blast to Goku.
Between his ever-increasing strength, durability, and healing factor, Hulk has what it takes to survive Goku's most powerful assaults. Goku could stay out of Hulk's way for a while, but once he gets within the Hulk's grabbing range, the fight is over.
Still, at his very best, Hulk might not be a match for Ultra Instinct Goku. It could also be the case that Ultra Instinct Goku pretty much defeats Hulk with two or three blows because he is rapid in that form. So much so that Hulk might not even see Goku's attacks coming let alone touch him with his offensive moves.
Hulk would get stronger and stronger as the battle progresses since the angrier he gets, the stronger he becomes, but Goku in Ultra Instinct may overwhelm him quickly and knock him out, which would be easier said than done. Frankly, this wouldn't be a fair fight, this would end very very bad for The Hulk.
This may be an unfair match up for the MCU's raging hero, but the fact remains that Hulk has absolutely no way to counter Zeno's power, and if he tried to even get close to Zeno, he would be stopped by fighters even stronger than Goku, who isn't included here but is also strong enough to defeat the MCU Hulk.
Now, even thor and hulk have nothing but brute strength whereas goku has a lot of skills and techniques up his sleeves and they would be no match for the Z fighter. He'd simply be too strong and fast for them to even realize what killed them.
As powerful as Goku is, Franklin Richards at full power is someone Goku can't beat. Franklin Richards, canonically, is one of the strongest beings in the Marvel Universe. He can create entire universes at will.
Many fans consider Jiren to be stronger than Goku based on the exceptional abilities and feats that he demonstrated in the Tournament of Power arc. He possesses an overwhelming amount of power and strength. His raw physical abilities, immeasurable ki, and mastery of various martial arts techniques.
Rune King Thor would obliterate Goku with a full-powered attack if he were to fight seriously. Yet, if these two heroes were to ever meet inside Marvel's universe, it is unlikely they would clash with the intent of killing one another.
As a Saiyan, Broly can fly, teleport, move at super speed, and emit powerful blasts of energy, whereas Hulk's primary power is his strength. His healing factor gives him an edge, but other Marvel characters have beaten Hulk in the past, meaning Broly could feasibly overpower him as well.
Also a God of Destruction, Beerus has access to techniques against which UI provides no benefit. Not only could Beerus easily defeat Ultra Instinct Goku, but he could do so instantly should he desire, a feat no one else on this list can achieve.
In summation
Although Ultra Instinct Goku is one of the most powerful characters in all of superhero fiction, he simply can't keep up with Superman Prime's strength and skills. The bar set by Superman Prime is too high for Ultra Instinct Goku to grab.
Goku can destroy a universe, but not a space time continuum. They are different. And Low Multiversal requires being able to destroy either multiple space-time continuums or multiple 4-D areas larger than an infinite 3-D one.
Vegeta will win by a landslide and even without breaking a sweat. Granted, Hulk is super-strong and has remarkable healing capabilities. But Vegeta is a special class of warrior. When compared to Hulk, Vegeta is leagues above him.
Goku has much greater stats, power, forms, and combat experience/skills, but SpongeBob has much better abilities, arsenal, and hax's that he can win in many scenarios himself.
7 Can't Beat: Deadpool
Deadpool may not pose the same physical challenge as Goku, but he can use his powers of annoyance to irritate Goku. Did we also forget he can regenerate and eat a lot of Chimichangas?
While Thanos has demonstrated a strong combat capability, dismantling Hulk in a series of rapid, well-aimed punches in Infinity War, taking into account Goku's Ki, transformations, and absolute refusal to give up until he's given it his all, Goku comes out on top.
In a physical fight, Goku would annihilate Doctor Strange because he is not a hand-to-hand fighter, but Strange doesn't need to rely on his fists to beat Goku. As a master of the mystic arts, Dr. Strange's source of power comes from magic, and with it, he can use a multitude of abilities.
In terms of raw power, speed, endurance, and resilience, Goku beats Batman by several magnitudes. Even Batman's Hellbat suit wouldn't help him if the two were to battle. Even if Batman had time to prepare, he wouldn't faze Goku at all since he has no weaknesses. Goku has godly powers and would easily take down the Bat.
Flash might be the fastest man alive but he's no match for Goku. But being slower is what will likely save him if they ever met on the battlefield. A fight between DC's Flash and Dragon Ball's Goku would last only a matter of seconds based on their incredible speeds, but the outcome likely wouldn't be what fans expect.
