-He is faster at drawing spells. -Hermione tends to panic in combat situations, but Harry doesn't. -Hermione is good at useful spells, not Dueling spells which Harry excels at. -And finally J.K Rowling herself said that Harry would win in a duel.
To her credit, Hermione is capable of advanced spells beyond her years, and she knows when and where to cast them. However, fighting another wizard is different from charming or transfiguring an object, and if Harry really wanted to, he could overpower Hermione in a serious duel.
Harry: Better At Defense Against The Dark Arts
In the books, Harry's O.W.L. results for DADA are higher than Hermione's, the only exam in which he outperformed her. His defensive abilities are an asset for the young wizard that gives him an edge over his best friend in combat.
Hermione is a competent duellist – Rowling has stated that during the first three books Hermione could have beaten Harry in any magical duel, but by the fourth book Harry had become so good at DADA that he would have defeated Hermione.
Albus Dumbledore is the most powerful wizard in the Harry Potter. Dumbledore seemed like a lovely older man and the Headmaster of Hogwarts who only wanted the best for everyone when Harry first met him.
Harry may not be stronger than Dumbledore, but Hermione? Hermione could beat Dumbledore any day if she wanted to. She's one of the most brilliant minds of her generation; like any good Gryffindor, she's brave, loyal, and strong.
She is not, however, more powerful than Voldemort—though arguably her use of magic to harm her students is more creative.
Hermione Granger
Perhaps Hermione would have had some trouble against Voldemort in her early years, but as an adult witch, she could certainly give him a run for his money if not outright demolish the Dark Lord. Her power combined with her breadth of knowledge is tough to beat.
In fact, the Sorting Hat took "four minutes to sort her into one or the other – nearly resulting in a 'Hatstall', which is when the Sorting Hat takes more than five minutes to sort a student." However, it was very much obvious that Hermione preferred Gryffindor, which is clearly seen in the film when she sighs in ...
Harry and Draco were pretty much neck-and-neck when it comes to dueling and wand-related stuff. It was only until Harry got a hold of Snape's diary and channeled his Slytherin tendencies that he was able to win against Malfoy. As a result, he nearly killed Malfoy in The Half-Blood Prince.
But I believe Ron has better feats in actual fights, most people who support Hermione usually talk about how she saved the trio multiple times and is insanely smart, but Hermione saving the duo never included beating anyone in a duel.

Godric Gryffindor, the founder of Gryffindor house, was one of the most powerful wizards of his age, so powerful that he was said to be the greatest duelist of that era. Always ready for battle, Godric wouldn't just use a simple wand, he'd also wield a mighty sword.
Unless you age up Harry to have the same level of experience as Snape it's a curb stomp in Snape's favour. We saw Harry try to duel Snape in Half-Blood Prince after Snape killed Dumbledore. Harry couldn't land a single hit even when using non-verbal magic and powerful Dark Magic against the Potions Master.
