Fighting Style Focus: Diable Jambe is a technique where Sanji heats up his leg, adding extreme heat to the impact of his kicks. While doing so, Sanji has the ability to burn his opponents or light them on fire due to the high temperature.
This ability is partially due to Sanji's trauma from the last two years, so much so that simply reminding himself of it causes him to burst out in flames through sheer anger.
This time, Sanji intends to stand his ground and builds up his rage. Jabra kicks the cook back with the Devil Wolf technique. Sanji then spins around until his right foot gets on fire. This is Diable Jambe which would pierce the Iron Body.
He uses friction to set his leg on fire.
He also appears to replace the "shoot" in his attack names with "strike". Sanji is now able to spontaneously ignite his legs to perform Diable Jambe and is no longer dependent on spinning to do so. He is even capable of igniting his leg underwater.
Anti-Manner Kick Course. Anti-Manner Kick Course ( 反行儀 アンチマナー キックコース, Anchimanā Kikku Kōsu?): One of Sanji's strongest single kick attacks. He delivers a massive kick in which he lifts one of his legs a full 180 degrees in the air.
Concasse has always been the strongest of Sanji's techniques, until the Wano Country arc. This technique was powerful enough to nearly break Blueno's Tekkai even without Diable Jambe's power. When using this technique, Sanji spins his entire body and delivers a nasty blow with the Achilles of his foot.
Sanji, while very brave, is not completely without fear. In the Jaya Arc, he was terrified alongside Nami at the spiders and huge insects, showing he may have arachnophobia and entomophobia. Sanji was also terrified of the Okama that fought and chased him for two years.

When viewers are first introduced to Sanji his habit of smoking quickly becomes a primary character trait, as does his hot-headed personality. Throughout the series, he is unlikely to be seen without his trademark cigarette, and its condition is often representative of Sanji's own.
Sanji's ability is "Stealth Black" (ステルス・ブラック, Suterusu Burakku?), which allows him to become invisible from his body, similar to the Suke Suke no Mi.

Before the timeskip, Sanji would activate Diable Jambe by spinning at high speeds, thus heating up his leg due to friction. This technique has been shown to have adverse effects, and if Sanji uses it for too long or too frequently, he could cause serious injury to his body.

So far, it is unknown how Sanji is able to light his legs up on fire. According to Oda, it is the burning passion of his heart that enables him to do so, and Sani has himself claimed that his flames burn hotter than any other flame simply because his passion is limitless.
Sanji's Haki Types
Sanji is an extremely skilled Haki user. During the two years he spent at Maiden Island, he trained his usage of both Armament and Observation Haki.
During Sanji's cooking battle in a Loguetown Arc filler episode, it was mentioned that some fish species that should not exist in the East Blue were found due to ocean currents, which made Sanji certain that the All Blue exists. In a Water 7 filler episode, Sanji finds another hint of the All Blue's existence.
Sanji's abilities are unique. They do not necessarily require his family's genetic experiments to fit into the story because of the other similar abilities in canon. I should point out that he does not burn himself because "while the fire burns hot, his heart burns hotter".
She is very manipulative, using her charm to persuade Sanji to kill a man for her and luring him into a trap. She is also capable of direct violence as shown when she kicks Sanji in the face leaving him barely conscious and bleeding.
Gear 5 ("Gear Fifth") is a transformation resulting from the awakening of the Gomu Gomu no Mi. Luffy achieved this ability during his final battle with Kaidou on Onigashima.

Sanji spent the two-year timeskip under Emporio Ivankov, the commander of the Grand Line forces of the Revolutionary Army. While training with him, Sanji likely tapped into the power of Observation Haki, which he then went on to specialize in.
