The 2014 comic run,
Hawkeye might be considered the weakest Avenger in the Marvel Cinematic Universe due to the extent of his abilities, but his best superpower has nothing to do with a bow and arrow.
Jack is also very brave, joining the LARPers and fighting against the Tracksuit Mafia at Rockefeller Center. He is also very protective of his loved ones, shown when he raised a sword at Clint Barton's throat when he got into the Bishop residence, out of fear that Barton was there to hurt Kate or Eleanor.
He was held captive by a villain named Crossfire, and while fighting another villain named Mockingbird, he bit down on a sonic arrow, which stopped the fight but permanently damaged his hearing.
As a child, Clint was beaten by his father and became hard of hearing as a result of this abuse. To cope, Clint and his older brother, Barney, taught themselves sign language. At the end of the issue, Clint receives two bright purple hearing aids and accepts his disability, proudly proclaiming himself as deaf.
During a press conference hosted by ComicBook.com, Renner spoke about his own experiences with hearing loss, which influenced the portrayal of Hawkeye's condition. He clarified that he is only hard of hearing and not completely deaf.
A variation of the Swordsman named Jack Duquesne appears in the Marvel Cinematic Universe / Disney+ series Hawkeye, portrayed by Tony Dalton. This version has no ties to Clint Barton and is the fiancé of Kate Bishop's widowed mother Eleanor.
While many know Bobbi Morse as the superhero Mockingbird or S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 19, she's also Dr. Barbara Morse, a genius in biology.
Hawkeye Kills Thor With His Arrow
The God of Thunder reaches the SHIELD base in search of his hammer, Mjolnir.
Hawkeye. Clint Barton is likely one of the first characters that come to mind when the subject of superheroes without powers comes up. Despite his lack of powers, Hawkeye might be one of the most dangerous members of the Avengers.
But after the release of WandaVision and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, it's pretty clear that the Scarlet Witch is among the most powerful. Wanda Maximoff has never truly been defeated, only "losing" to the combined forces of Doctor Strange, Wong, and America Chavez after realizing the error in her ways.
Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch)
Wanda Maximoff, later known as Scarlet Witch, is the most powerful female superhero in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She has the power to singlehandedly tackle Thanos and torment Doctor Strange.
Publication history. Rick Mason was created by James Hudnall and John Ridgway and made his debut in Marvel Graphic Novel: Rick Mason, The Agent #1 (December, 1989).
Hawkeye's finale made canon for the MCU something fans have been theorizing about for quite some time: not only is Hawkeye/Clint Barton's (Jeremy Renner) wife Laura Barton (Linda Cardellini) a former S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, she's actually Agent 19, also known as Mockingbird.
It was confirmed in the final episode of Hawkeye that Laura Barton, Clint's wife, is the owner of the Rolex watch, despite it looking like a man's timepiece. The emblem on the back is for S.H.I.E.L.D, so the implication is that she is a former agent herself.
Barney Barton – Hawkeye's brother and former undercover FBI agent. Later became a costumed supervillain known as Trickshot, Hawkeye's archenemy.
Kingpin is human and does not have superpowers, but he is definitely stronger than an average human. This is due to the majority of his body mass being composed of muscles and his extremely advanced martial arts skill. He is also extremely smart and thinks of clever ways to outsmart his opponents.
The series has not revealed much about Laura besides her marriage to Clint. However, the fact that the mystery Rolex was hers indicates that she might be more than just a housewife. It's possible that she is a member of S.H.I.E.L.D. known as Agent 19.
In the Avengers movies, although fictional, Hawkeye is technically a human, meaning he doesn't have alien or mutant superpowers.
He Learned Archery In The Circus
Hawkeye actually first learned how to use a bow and arrow as a circus act. He was trained by another circus performer named the Swordsman, who effectively turned Hawkeye into a master archer. He took those skills and became a star attraction with the circus.
