In Garth Ennis' original comic books, a huge number of supes are capable of flight compared to the TV show. By bringing that number right down,
Flight: Queen Maeve can fly easily in the air.
However, she escaped with The Boys' help, and lost her powers from fighting Soldier Boy. She reunites with Elena and the two go into hiding, pleased with having a chance at starting a new life far away from Homelander and Vought.
But, surprisingly, both Queen Maeve and Soldier Boy survive. Maeve, now powerless (Soldier Boy's radiation removed the Compound V in her system, just like it did to Kimiko), is also free to live the life she always wanted with her girlfriend Elena.
In fact, she's so disillusioned with being a superhero that she tries to distance herself from the real world as she knows what Homelander is capable of. Her fear of him and urge to help the innocent is a major weakness for Maeve, and one that Homelander exploits to have her bend to his will.
Maeve manages to give Butcher three vials of Temp-V or V-24, levelling the playing field by giving its user powers for 24 hours. But all in vain. Maeve gets more V-24 to Butcher and feeling dejected and defeated, the two get drunk and have sex, which left everyone shocked.
The Boys season 3 finale might have hinted that Soldier Boy has lost his powers with a subtle detail included in the episode's twist ending... The fact that Queen Maeve survived the events of The Boys season 3 finale means that Soldier Boy is a lot weaker than viewers might have assumed.
In “Episode 2,” Maeve realizes she is pregnant after secretly hooking up with sports star Jackson Marchetti (Kedar Williams-Stirling). After the revelation, she continues having sex with Jackson during “2.”
She is at first rejoiced at being selected, however is later sexually assaulted when the Deep extorts her into performing oral sex on him in "The Name of the Game" in order for her to stay on the team.
In both the comic and TV series, Noir is a member of the hedonistic and reckless Vought-American superhero group the Seven and is depicted as a "silent ninja" type parody of Batman, Snake Eyes and Deathstroke.
Maeve had five known husbands and ruled for over 60 years, an extremely impressive stint for that period of time. Medb was believed to have many children. A druid foretold that one of her sons named Maine would fulfil a prophecy to defeat her greatest enemy (and former husband) King Conchobar.
6 Queen Maeve
In actual physical combat, Homelander and Soldier Boy (Jensen Ackles) are the only two who would likely be able to beat Maeve.
No. Homelander is more powerful, but Soldier Boy is nearly on par. Though maybe his radiation blasts are more powerful than Homelander.
A-Train: He's Enhanced With Compound V
If he were essentially on the superhero version of steroids and faced off against a non-doped Queen Maeve, she would probably wind up the loser in any confrontation.
Annie January / Starlight is introduced the latest member of the Seven. Her known powers are flight and the ability to project blinding light, though she is also hinted to have super-hearing.
Assuming Mother's Milk means a fully-loaded truck, then Homelander could approximately lift 960,000 pounds or 480 U.S. tons.
Starlight is a parody of both Doctor Light and Stargirl as well Mary Marvel costume with little Powergirl-influenced outfit.
Although Hughie is angry at Butcher, he soon comes to accept his powers (which are permanent) of improved strength and durability.
So in order to save not just the lives of the people she loves, but the entire world, she sucks it up and goes further down the rabbit hole, “revealing” a secret relationship with Homelander in the American Hero finale in order to rehabilitate his image, and taking it one step further by kissing him.
Affectionate Nickname: Her brother and mother both call her "Froggy" or "Frogface", which is clearly an endearing family pet name from Maeve's childhood. Maeve isn't too fond of it, though, especially when her mother first appears.
However, Isaac later admits what he did to Maeve, causing her to ignore him for weeks as he broke her trust. The two later reconciled and eventually had sexual intercourse.
The Otis/Maeve storyline is the beating heart of the series. Maeve leaving to study in America for a few months is an organic obstacle to Otis and Maeve's inevitable romance.
The grand finale of The Boys comic book series confirms that there is only one hero who is actually stronger than Homelander, and that's his (even more) evil clone, Black Noir. Created to be an upgraded version of Homelander, Black Noir proves his superiority in the final battle between these two deranged powerhouses.
There is little to dispute Homelander's status as the most powerful Supe. While there are different characters whose niche powers prove useful, such as Mesmer or Doppelganger, in terms of sheer power, there is no one more powerful than the star-spangled hero himself.
Initially, Maeve is believed to be dead, with her death attributed to a soldier radicalized by Russians. In reality, Maeve is a live, though without her powers. She's also reunited with her ex, Elena, and the two plan to go somewhere Homelander won't find them.
