1974-1983. The electric shocks fried Terry's brain and locked her in a vegetative-like state; traumatic events started running through her head on a loop. Her verbal ability degraded, and she could only say a small number of words connected to the memories on-loop in her mind. She would continually repeat: "Breathe.
In the scene, Terry mumbles the same words over and over again: breathe, sunflower, rainbow, 450, three to the right, four to the left. Together, the phrases tell the story of her time in Hawkins Lab.
Sharing more about Eleven's real father Andrew Rich could be a great way to wrap up the story.
In the second season of the series, Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), decides to hunt down her birth mother, Terry Ives (Aimee Mullins).
While it may be a side effect of her involvement in Project MKUltra, Eleven's mother, Terry Ives (Aimee Mullins), exhibited limited psychokinetic abilities of her own. In Stranger Things season 2, Eleven meets Terry, and the latter is able to switch television channels with her mind.
While the source of Vecna's powers is never explained, there are some Stranger Things hints leading to the theory that Hawkins had a big part in awakening them.
Remember also that we have evidence that powers can be inherited -- El inherited her powers from Terri Ives, for example. So it stands to reason that Henry inherited his powers from one of his parents.
In episode 7, Vecna is revealed to be Henry Creel (played as a youngster by Raphael Luce), the son of Victor Creel (Robert Englund) and his wife Virginia (Tyner Rushing) shown in the 1950s flashbacks.
Provided he actually ages in the Upside Down, Vecna could be in his late 30s in 1986, the year that Stranger Things season 4, volume 1 takes place. Vecna became a monster seven years prior, when Eleven defeated the adult Henry Creel, a.k.a. Number One, at Hawkins Lab and he became banished to the Upside Down.
Next up, the viewers go on to theorise that One/Vecna is actually Eleven's dad. Yep, told you it was wild. The theory claims that Brenner wanted to create a child with stronger powers, so he waited until One was old enough to become a father.
One Steals Eleven's Powers
Just as Henry could see into the minds of others, from the Upside Down Vecna can still see into people. The vines of the dark dimension, which have made their way to the real world, connect directly into his body.
The theory claims that Vecna is Eleven's father. It first showed up on a podcast called Just The Nobodys, which was posted to TikTok. At first glance, the theory is pretty out-there, but there's actually enough evidence to give it credence.
While the details of One and Dr. Brenner's involvement in Eleven's birth remain fuzzy, fan theories posit that Eleven is One's clone, making her his identical twin, and by definition, his sibling.
450. Rainbow..." Teresa "Terry" Ives is a reccuring character in the Netflix sci-fi horror series Stranger Things and the protagonist of is related novel, Suspicious Minds. Terry is Eleven's biological mother who loves her daughter.
"Rainbow" signifies what was on the door to the room where she, presumably, saw a toddler-aged Eleven at Hawkins Lab, and "three to the right, four to the left" refers to the combination of the safe she opened in order to get the gun to bring to the lab.
As a result, Terry was left repeating the same words describing the events of Eleven's birth through her own torture: “breathe” (what Becky said when Terry went into labor); “sunflower” (the first thing she saw after the C-section); “rainbow” (the room where she found Eleven); “Three to the right.
Vecna is different, in that it is actually a he. Who is Vecna? In short, it's actor Jamie Campbell Bower. Bower's character originally appears in flashbacks as an orderly at Hawkins Lab who tells a young Eleven that she wasn't the first child to be experimented on by her “Papa,” Dr.
Vecna's Hand
This is a reference to the D&D character Vecna, for whom this Vecna is named; the D&D Vecna has a monstrous hand infused with dark magic. The design of Vecna's hand is also a nod to Freddy Krueger, the Nightmare on Elm Street villain who had a huge influence on this season in general.
Then there were the three poor teens of Season 4. Vecna's first big credited kill was Chrissy Cunningham (Grace Van Dien). He followed that murder with canonically terrible driver Fred Benson (Logan Riley Bruner) and basketball star Patrick McKinney (Myles Truitt).
While intending to get his revenge on Eleven and Brenner, Vecna also goes after victims who have dealt with traumatizing experiences in the past (reminiscent of his childhood and his time at the Hawkins lab).
The history of the Upside Down remains mysterious. Exactly how and why it came into existence is unclear. Dustin theorised the Upside Down had existed for thousands, if not millions of years.
The Creel family was a family that bought a house in Hawkins, Indiana in 1959. They experienced strange, and supernatural occurrences in their home during their residency. This subsequently resulted in a multiple homicide committed in the home.
Peter was a false alias given to him by Brenner. Also, Henry's character was given the name Peter when he was revealed on the Stranger Things Twitter. Yeah, it's a cover name. Would be kinda suspicious if they called him Henry Creel.
