At the end of the 30 days at the final therapy session, Arizona realized she couldn't live without Callie; however Callie didn't feel the same and stated she felt suffocated and eventually walked out of therapy, ending their marriage.
After finding out that Arizona cheated on her with Lauren, Callie kicks Arizona out of their apartment. They also let out their true feelings about the accident and more is revealed about how they actually have felt.
Callie went on to marry Arizona Robbins, but the marriage ended after she started to feel “suffocated,” while Arizona stated she couldn't live without her. Callie started dating Penny and wanted to move to New York with her, but after a custody battle with Arizona over their daughter, Sofia, she broke up with Penny.
The reason Arizona won that custody battle is because she was the better person to raise Sofia. Callie decided to run off to New York with her girlfriend of a few months and thought it would be fine to drag her child across the country, away from all her friends, away from her school, and away from her other mom.
Callie realizes that Arizona does not want a baby as she does, leading her to question the relationship. Lexie realizes that Mark is moving on and breaks down. Absent: Katherine Heigl as Izzie Stevens due to maternity leave.

Fans of Grey's Anatomy tuned into a full-scale custody trial last week as Callie and Arizona battled over their daughter, Sophia. For those unfamiliar, Callie and Arizona are the parents of an 8 year old child whom they have shared custody of since their divorce on the prime time medical drama based in Seattle.

Did anyone not realize that Arizona ended up cheating twice? I didn't realize this until I was rewatching. Season 9 finale she slept with Dr. Boswell and in season 10 she slept with Leah Murphy.
Chandra Wilson is Miranda Bailey, the character who has appeared the most in the Grey's Anatomy franchise, as well as an audience favorite. At the beginning of the show, Bailey was a general surgery resident at the hospital, who was known for her strictness with the interns.
“The true mom would rather give her baby up than see her ripped into two,” the Grey Sloan surgical chief said. Meredith opened the door to Arizona, who was awarded sole custody. She and Sofia happily headed home.
Cristina is nominated for the Harper Avery award and is a strong candidate, however she is passed over due to her relationship with the Harper-Avery Foundation, that co-owns Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital.

Sofia Robbin Sloan-Torres (born May 13, 2011) is the daughter of Callie Torres and the late Mark Sloan (1968—2012), as well as the adoptive child of Arizona Robbins, who has sole legal custody of the child.
Sofia was delivered 16 weeks early as a consequence of a car accident Arizona and Callie got into, and after various health complications, she made a full recovery. Sofia was still very young when Mark died in Grey's Anatomy season 9, but her story continued as Callie and Arizona were still part of the series.

Derek and Meredith were invited, but didn't attend, instead going to the courthouse to legalize their marriage and then going to visit the baby they wanted to adopt, Zola Limbani. Lucy Fields was also invited, but she was stuck at the hospital delivering a baby.
Cristina Yang & Owen Hunt – After the shooting, Cristina and Owen decided to get married.
